Description of Work: We needed four toilets fixed and an outside spout fixed. All four toilets have not been working correctly, constantly running after a flush, since he was last here last summer. We have called him over and over and over and he has been completely unresponsive or has said he'd call back but had no follow through on his repeated promises. We learned that he is the type of contractor that will not return calls once he has your money and there is still work to do. I would never recommend Artisan to anyone I know. There are much more professional plumbers to hire.

 + -1 moreHe came out on a Friday night to look at the problem. We are planning on replacing our refrigerator, so he suggested we don't fix it. He is very knowledgeable about his business and the products. He is polite and professional.
Description of Work: I had a refrigerator that was leaking. It was a broken water line on the refrigerator and the compressor was going bad.
