+ -1 moreTOOK INFORMATION OVER THE TELEPHONE ON PATIO WORK I WANTED DONE. HE CALLED BACK IN A FEW DAYS AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE WITHOUT COMING TO LOOK AT THE WORK NEEDED TO BE DONE!

+ -1 moreDARRELL WAS RECOMMENDED BY HIS SON WHO OWNS ANOTHER CONCRETE COMPANY, HE LOOKED AT THE WORK AND DID AN ESTIMATE. AFTER REPEATED PHONE CALLS WITH NO RESPONSE, HE FINALLY CALLED AND SAID HE'D DO THE WORK - SAID HE'D BE AT OUR HOUSE MONDAY, SAID TO SET UP AN INSPECTION THAT DAY AT 2PM. WE SPENT THE WEEKEND PREPARING AND TEARING OUT LANDSCAPING. HE DID NOT SHOW UP MONDAY, AND DID NOT RETURN REPEATED CALLS. HE THEN FAXED SOME KIND OF OFFICIAL AFFADAVIT RELEASING HIM FROM THE WORK AND TRIED TO BLAME US FOR HIS OWN HORRIFIC COMMUNICATION. I BELIEVE HE CHANGED HIS MIND ABOUT WANTING THE WORK AND HE LEFT US HIGH AND DRY WITH A TORN UP YARD AND LINE UP OF CONTRACTORS WHO NOW CAN'T DO THEIR WORK. HE HAS NO RESPECT FOR TIME OR COMMITMENTS, CALL AT YOUR OWN RISK.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT CONCRETE AND EASY TO WORK WITH. THE PRICE WAS MOST REASONABLE COMPARED TO OTHER BIDS. ALL N ONE CONCRETE ALSO DOES EXCAVATION, BLOCK, AND CONCRETE FOR ROOM ADDITIONS.
Description of Work: REMOVED EXISTING PATIO AND REPOURED A MUCH LARGER PATIO. ALSO, THEY PLACED A DECORATIVE BOARDER ALONG EDGES. CLEAN UP WAS VERY GOOD.
