The men arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. I also had a screen that needed repair. I was completely satisfied with both jobs.

We purchased a Big Deal for whole house window cleaning. After our purchase, we ended up selling our house. Dean was very considerate and allowed us to transfer our purchase to the new home which meant we had to push the date back quite a bit. Our new house had additional windows, so we paid a little more to have all of the windows cleaned. Our deal did not include cleaning the tracks, so we also paid an additional nominal charge to have him clean the tracks as well. He and his associate were professional and made our windows look great. He also pointed out to us a few places where the seals had broken in the windows, which we were not aware of in the new house. Overall, we were happy with the work performed.

They were very nice and efficient. The guy really knew what he was doing and worked around our schedule. He showed up on time and even offered advice for some of our screens that were damaged due to construction in the neighborhood.

This job was purchased as an Angie's Deal. Andy arrived on-time. He came prepared to work bringing the cleaning solution, a small power vacuum, special brushes for the screen cleaning and more. We walked through the house first so that he could see the locations of the windows and then he went to work. He was very methodical and very quiet as he made his way through the house. We have 3 year old Pella windows with removable grilles. He removed, dusted, and reinstalled all of them. After he finished the inside, he cleaned the screens and then began to methodically complete the outside washing. I was so pleased with the quality of his work that I paid extra to have our garage door windows and access door window cleaned. We don't reinstall screens in the winter to improve the view and let in more light so Andy placed them neatly in the garage. The only thing he needed from us was a hose spigot so that he could was the screens. I've found my dream window washer and have already marked my calendar to call him next spring.

Andy called ahead to confirm dates for scheduling. Andy called to verify number of windows, screens etc. Andy was prompt. Andy texted me when job was complete. Andy did an outstanding job--fantastic. Recommend highly.

They did excellent work and we're having them come back this year. He did a great job at a fair price. They didn't make a mess. They were very clean and they didn't take too long.

He did an AWESOME job. I have no complaints. Our windows were spotless, our window sills were filthy and now look very clean. The price was reasonable. Andy was very responsive. Emailed us back right away when setting up the appointment. I will hire him again next year!

Andy, Owner of A-1 Window Cleaning, arrived at our house promptly at the agreed upon starting time. He was dressed professionally and drove a marked vehicle. He asked me exactly what I wanted to be cleaned. I took him through the house to show him what I wanted and to show him a shower door that had hard water spots on it. Upon completion of the walk through, Andy offered his price. I immediately accepted. His price was 20% less than that of my previous window cleaner! Andy quickly got to work, and let me tell you, my windows had never been cleaner! He was efficient and thorough. An outstanding overall value. He even got the hard water stains off of my shower door. I will definitely be calling Andy in the spring for another cleaning!
