+ -1 moreI was the actual general contractor for the construction. The heating was not engineered properly and as a result there was a deficiency in heating outlets that were part of the original plan. Now he did come back and redo the work, but to accomplish this took a lot of pushing and nudging in that direction. Before this was done the system was not fully functional. Also with the plumbing seals on the toilet were not installed properly, as a result of this there was some significant water damage and yet another setback due to their incompetence. There were numerous setbacks and frustrations related to working with them on the construction. I feel they were dishonest to a degree with the up charges and over charging on various labor and misc jobs there were to complete during the construction.
Description of Work: We hired to install the heating and A/C in our new home as well as all of the plumbing.
