SKILLERN HOME & PROPERTY IMPROVEMENT INC

I hired Skillern to replace 2 drywall areas in 2 bath's , to re-grout and re-caulk like new ,so I thought. I signed a contract, (NEVER SIGN A CONTRACT), to have HIM grout and caulk in a timely manner, scraping old, replacing with new,SO I THOUGHT> BUT he applied both over the old... He told me that if I wanted new grout and caulk that I need to go scrap the old out myself and he would apply the new to the new surface . WHAT DID I HIRE HIM FOR??? 1. I made the mistake of not walking thru the work I wanted done, 2.I made the mistake of signing a contract first . 3.I made the mistake of trusting a BBB, highly recommended contractor to do what he says, and to want to make their customer happy, and to work with the customer. OVERALL status :HORRIBLE.. Ollie did the work himself. He argued with me when I asked about the work. He disrespected me in my own home, belittled me, and I feel took advantage of us. He won't fix his work. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, unless you like to have words twisted, used against you, and have money to burn.. BEWARE!!!

They were always on time when they say they'll be there. Their pricing is pretty competitive. They were very respectful about being in my home, and they always cleaned up their mess.
