Description of Work: My back yard is very wet and I told them before they came out to mow, their walkon mower got stuck in my yard it still has the ruts, and they left. I never heard from them as to why until I finally called them. They stated they coukld not do the job. They did however mow the adjoining property just fine.

Was not completely satisfied by their initial visit because they did not use the grass seed I provided (used their own due to a mix up) but came back and made it right. Considering using them for ongoing lawn maintenance. Waiting on a quote.
Description of Work: Tilled large dead area in my front yard, re-seeded and covered with straw blankets and loose straw.

They do an excellent job. They are excellent people. They are going to start back up this spring.
Description of Work: They maintain my yard with weekly grass cutting, weed eating, and all of the outside yard maintenance. I pay them $60 a week.

The experience with them was really good. The price was about average because I haven't really had anybody else to do that. They were pretty quick, punctual and efficient.
Description of Work: They did some general clean ups in my backyard and remodeled my bird feeding area.

We have never heard of this person, nor have they called our office to request a bid. Paver jobs are not something we normally do. Nor do we have someone that works for us, that does landscaping, by the name of Mark. I firmly believe that they are referring to another company in the area.

They were instructed to blow the leaves off the gutter guard and off the screen in summer room with flat roof. At my knowledge they walked on and damaged the metal roof. It was so damaged that it now has to be replaced. The ceiling inside the room was damaged from all the water that flowed in. I believe the employees knew they did it and did not tell me and then I noticed water and it appeared as though the sky was falling. They refused to come look at it, take responsibility and talk to their insurance company. They said because they used my ladder it was my problem. They said that their insurance company said that it was my fault! They are insulting. They even started saying I had to prove footprints!! I would absolutely never hire this company again!!
Description of Work: 2 individuals came to move and clean up for fall. Mow and leaf removal.

IN 2006 WE BEGAN WORKING W/THIS CUSTOMER. IN THE FALL SHE REQUESTED THAT OUR EMPLOYEE BLOW OFF THE LEAVES (FROM A 30+ YR. OLD SUMMER ROOM FLAT METAL ROOF) BECAUSE "THE LEAVES CAUSE THE ROOF TO LEAK IF THEY AREN'T REMOVED." EMPLOYEE DID AS REQUESTED. NO PROBLEMS. IN THE FALL OF 2007 THE CUSTOMER AGAIN REQUESTED THAT THE LEAVES BE REMOVED FROM THE METAL ROOF. AT THAT TIME SHE ALSO ADVISED THAT THE YEAR BEFORE SHE HAD SOMEONE ELSE REMOVE ADDITIONAL LEAVES THAT FELL. OUR EMPLOYEE DID AS DIRECTED. THE CUSTOMER AND I HAVE DISCUSSED THIS MATTER IN DEPTH. I TOLD HER I WOULD FORWARD ALL INFO TO OUR INS. CO. WHICH I DID. OUR INS. CO. HAS BEEN IN CONTACT W/HER. OUR EMPLOYEE HAS ALWAYS BEEN RESPECTFUL & COURTEOUS. HE WENT OVER & ABOVE HIS REGULAR DUTIES TO HELP THIS CUSTOMER OUT BECAUSE SHE NEEDED THE EXTRA HELP. HE DID THINGS OUT OF THE KINDNESS OF HIS HEART AND THIS CUSTOMER WAS NEVER CHARGED FOR THE EXTRA THINGS HE DID FOR HER. WE UNDERSTAND HER FRUSTRATION AND HAVE WORKED W/OUR INS. CO. TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER. WE HAVE DONE WHAT WE COULD TO HELP THIS LADY OUT AND TO RESOLVE ANY ISSUES SHE MAY HAVE HAD. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US. IT IS UNFORTUNATE, AND WE REGRET THAT THIS SCENARIO HAS OCCURRED AND THAT THE CUSTOMER IS UNHAPPY.
