This woman really is the best at what she does. She came out promptly to our house and did a thorough inspection, air samples, and tape samples. A few days later we had our answers. Price was very reasonable. Diana probably saved our lives. She for sure saved us from getting any sicker in the house we had been renting, and got to the root of the problem.

Diana is great - she did a good job at a reasonable price. She was here promptly as scheduled, very pleasant and professional and delivered my mold test report even sooner than promised. I wanted a company to do my testing that was not in the mold remediation business so I would be certain it was independant and reliable. Her price was even slightly cheaper than the companies that also do the remediation. I may also use her for independant validation the remediation was effective once I select a contractor for that task.

During the purchase of our home, we found out that the attic and crawl space had been treated for mold. Visually, it appeared to have been properly mediated and no longer a problem. To feel comfortable with the purchase and to have our family leaving in the home we decided to have air quality testing performed. Dr. Catt took her time to explain the procedure with us and answer all of our questions. Dr. Catt also thoroughly explained the report to us. We were very happy with the inspection and the experience with this company. We would definitely recommend!
