However, I was very disappointed about several things that forces me to give them a very bad review. First, they installed the gate backwards after me explaining I wanted the gate to open the same as the chainlink fence they were replacing. The door was also not properly set so I needed both hands in order to lift it with one hand and use my other hand so set the lock. Then after 2 days without being able to shut dowm my garage door, I realized they had messed up the wiring that goes from my house to my garage and shop while installing the new fence. When I called to complain, I was told they actually knew that this had happened as they allegedly saw the electricity shut down as I allowed them to plug in their tools into my garage, but never said anything to me! They did come to fix these issues, but not after being yelled at over the phone because I was complaining! After a week, I was also shocked to discover that they had dumped off all the dirt they dug out, pavers they removed while installing the fence, plus all of the pine tree trimmings they cut to install the fence in my back yard! They didn't even care to tell me they were going to do this; now, I have to clean all the mess they left. I was also not asked where to throw the waste, they just chose a place of their liking! When I called to complain AGAIN I was told it was not their problem and that I should not expect for them to clean my yard! I was also told twice by the person in charge of the work that he didn't like to work with latinos (like me) because we complain too much. I found this offensive and discrimnatory. In sum, I would not recommend this company.

Manny and company did a fabulous job installing a chain-link fence in our backyard! Time was of the essence as we were in dire need of a fence to keep our dogs in the yard. Manny came a day early and measured what we wanted and they were there at 7:30 a.m. the very next day and completed the job. They took the extra effort to make sure the bottom of the fence was in a trench in the ground, so our dogs cannot escape. When they completed the job, Manny did a walk-around with us to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We are extremely pleased with their workmanship and our dogs are happily running around in the yard! Thank you!!

Great employees respectful and hard working. Manny himself and team outstanding hoping to have more work in the future for them. They cleaned up after themselves as well. And always I made sure they had fresh coffee and water my appreciation of a great company!!!

The crew did an amazing job. Very thorough and the job site was left as clean as it was when they got there. Manny went above and beyond by fitting me in as it was an emergency due to a water leak. I am hiring them again to do some painting. I highly recommend them.

Manny is a nice guy with a short-term memory. DOCUMENT document EVERYTHING in the contract Specify with great detail all the services to be completed and all specific materials or construction details you will need completed in the way you want them completed. Do not rely on Manny's assurances...he will forget (or ignore) items that take extra time or care to complete. We hired Manny to remove and install a new fence. Discussed and emailed multiple times on specific requirements about location, which way the fence should face, specific requirements on the brand and type of mulch used around the fence and an additional request to replace a broken vent cover on our home. Manny assured us he could take care of everything (in the email). His crew showed up 3 weeks later (no Manny) and began to install posts that were several feet in the wrong direction. We were gone and discovered the mistake that night - "too late to move" said Manny; "I'll have to charge you another full day" The next day his team (no Manny) began to install the fence facing the wrong direction. This time we tried to intervene but the project was halfway completed. We relented again and have 1/2 our fence with the slats facing the opposite direction. At the end of the day, Manny's team has placed all the mulch - not the brand or size we specifically told him to use. Much smaller shreds instead of chunks and lasted less than 1 year We asked Manny about replacing..."Mmmm, I don't remember that. It's not in the contract" says Manny. "email doesn't count." Job got done. Workmanship was fine but really frustrating arguing with him about specific items we insisted upon, in multiple conversations, that he chose to ignore for expediency and his lack of oversight on the team

It was amazing! They did great work they had anywhere from 4-8 guys that I saw come out and they non stopped work. If they had a question about something they asked before they proceeded to make sure it is what I wanted! Would definitely recommend them and we will be using them in the near future for some other things around the house like tree trimming and log chipping. Very pleased with their services. Not only that they were super super nice!!

Made the appointment - he never showed up and no phone call either. UPDATE AS OF 3/22/2022: I couldn't reply to their reply concerning my first review so needed to reply to their "nice online reply to me" - I'm surprised they are still on this site - Be aware - I had to file a harassment police report on QM - when they found out about my 1 star review they continuously called and threatened via text to have me take it down. I filed with my local police and Angi's list.

QM Professional Services are outstanding! The time taken to provide a quality service was great. The team came in for three days installed drywall, taped and mudded the second day and touched up and sanded the third day ready for paint. Each day cleaning up before leaving. I will use again and again!

Kevin and Manny arrived on time( early, actually) for estimate and were both very professional. They provided me with the estimate and I chose to schedule work. Kevin and his team arrived early the morning work was scheduled and they did a wonderful job of trimming numerous trees and removing 2 dead shrubs-stumps also. They were very neat and took all debris with them. I would highly recommend QM Services!! Great job, guys!!

This hard working crew cleared out 500 feet of brush, junk trees, and dead trees in one day. They did exactly what I needed, cleaned all debris thoroughly, and left my property looking beautiful! Trees close to buildings were cut down in a very safe manner. Well done!

I have a 5-acre parcel that needed extensive tree/shrub trimming and removal, was absolutely amazed the crew completed the very large job in one day and the areas they cleared/cleaned looked great when all was done. Will definitely hire them again!

Kevin and his crew were great from start to finish. Good communication before, during, and after. This was a large tree in a difficult spot between our house, our detached garage and our neighbors house. This team worked systematically, smart, deliberately and quickly! Absolutely wouldn't hesitate to use Kevin and his team for future jobs!

We've had Manny and his crew do three separate jobs for us and each one was done to perfection with very little damage to the yard. It is amazing how they strategically take down a tree without heavy equipment. It is captivating to watch. We would highly recommend any work that Manny puts his name on.
