Jerry's Appliance Tech is courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable and arrived to inspect our defective fridge one day following our call for help. The tech immediately determined the cause of the fridge failure and subsequently left our home in order to send for the defective part. We anticipated waiting a couple of days before the tech returned to repair our fridge - based upon a similar repair done to this fridge a few months ago.With more than a week passing with complete silence from Jerry's regarding return of the tech, we called Jerry's Appliance Repair on day 8 to get some answers. At that juncture, the representative on the phone indicated he would check to determine our status. Our status was that our missing fridge part might arrive that day and that we might have the tech return to our home the next day. Nothing was definite.The next day, again without hearing a word from Jerry's Appliance Repair regarding the arrival of the missing part or the scheduling of the tech, we called once more. We were told the part had arrived and that the tech would come to our house sometime between the hours of 8AM and 5PM. Nothing specific. To our surprise, the tech called that same morning and 10 days following the tech's first visit, the necessary repairs were made to our fridge.We are disappointed that Jerry's Appliance Repair did not treat our perishable food situation with more urgency. We are disappointed that they never once called us to let us know the state of our repair schedule. Had I not called them twice, would we have our repairs yet today? We are disappointed that this repair took so long given the fact that the defective part could have been ordered via an "overnight" basis and treated with more urgency on the part of Jerry's Appliance Repair Service.

We were referred to them by Lowes Hardware for warranty repair. They were very prompt and professional. As it turned out nothing was wrong with the washer accept we were using to much soap. The technician spent time with use to explain and show us the proper usage of a front loader versus a top loader, which is what we had always had prior to this.

We were satisfied and would use again.

Our washer was making noise, and the dealer (HHGregg) gave us Jerry's as a repair option. The repairman came the next day, cleaned out the trap, found the object making noises, and restored the washer to its usual good condition. He charged only for the service call and did his job efficiently. I have called this company again for service and found them equally responsive and reasonable.

Overall, we were pleased with Jerry's Appliance Repair process from start to finish. We're happy to know Jerry's Appliance Repair is there to serve us. Although Jerry's is not the only local repair business which repairs Samsung refrigerators, Jerry's Appliance Repair is the only company willing to come to our home in Solsberry and do the work, aside from Sears, who now conducts repair service from non-local outsourcing. This exclusion of service includes all other appliance repair services listed on Angie's List who, when called, grumble about not being able to acquire Samsung repair parts and warn us that we will pay more for a service call..

The warranty company told me a couple of names and I just picked one and I just kept the name for further help if we needed it. Since it was under warranty we did not have to pay for the repair. It was all taken care of. When I saw him for the first time he looked like he was 12 years old. He looked it all over and ordered a part and after two days I received the part. I called him as he had requested to be called after I received the part. He came back the following Tuesday and he fixed it. He was very friendly and knew what he was doing. The washer is working well. I would use this company in the future.

The washer needed a replacement part that runs the spin dry cycles. The repairman called 1/2 hour before he arrived. He was courteous and a fast worker. While here he even looked at our non-functioning ice maker and gave us the bad news (at no extra charge) that it was not repairable. All in all excellent service at a reasonable price.

We found water was leaking from the GE Clothes Washer on Monday morning. I called Jerry's before 10:00 am the same morning to set up an appointment for the next day in the morning. The repair person call at approximately 9:00 am on Tuesday to let me know that I would be his next stop once he finished his current repair. He arrived at my house around 9:40 am. Within 20 minutes he had the problem figured out and fixed. (A clogged fabric softener hose). The repair person was clean (both as an individual and the work he completed), courtious, and put things back where he found them when he was done.

Freezer side of side-by-side refrigerator leaking. Scheduled them for next day. Called next morning. Came showed me what was wrong and how to avoid it. Very pleasant and reliable.

Repair man was prompt, efficient and honest.

Jerrys serviceman came at appointment time, diagnosed problem to bad circuit board,ordered part and returned next day to install. Service call was on a Thursday. At my request part was shipped overnight so we did not have to wait to following Monday to restore refrigeration. Jerrys made extra effort to install part as soon as it arrived. Great service.

Fixed dishwasher within minutes with no replacement b/c it only needed cleaning which is why it was stuck. They came out and fixed my dishwasher and also told me about a recall on the product that I was unaware of since this was a new house to me. They also performed the recall replacement.
