Description of Work: I called them twice and they never returned my call. Left two message

Description of Work: Checked my refrigerator (took it apart). Said compressor was bad but couldn't fix it. Recommended buying a new one which we did. Didn't charge for the service call.

Description of Work: Assessed and replaced icemaker in our Whirlpool fridge. The technician was knowledgable, friendly and quick.

Description of Work: Due to our Samsung refrigerator needing to be repaired we were told by Lowes that we had to use them for our repair to be certified. First, we waited for almost a month to get the part they ordered, then when they come back it's not even that part it's another one! Now we have to prepay for this new part. Customer Service is pretty much nonexistent with this company!

Description of Work: I was pushing the wrong button on the refrigerator to lower the temperature. He pushed the correct button and that was it. I had to pay $80 for a service call.

Description of Work: I had heard that they were good. The people who came (and it took 3 different visits to repair my refrigerator)were very nice but the company services several towns in southern Indiana and did not always have the parts they needed, they may have been on a separate van. After the first visit and no part they came the second time and fixed one thing and found out it was something else so had to order another part and because I was finally going out of town could not rush it or did not have anyone in my town during a specific time so ultimately I was without a refrigerator for almost 3 weeks. Additionally when I called one time I was treated rudely and the person answering said they didn't care what I put n Angie" List

Description of Work: I used Jerry's Appliance Repair about two months ago. He checked the washer and saw what was wrong with it.

Description of Work: Diagnosed problems with front load washing machine and gave me pros and cons of proceeding with repairs. Spent time "listening" to what the machine was doing in different situations and then did his own evaluation (took the time to figure out problem instead of just replacing parts and being on his way). In the end I have decided to use the machine as is and research and buy a new one ASAP.
