Description of Work: Used them for carpet cleaning Had used Stanley Steamer before. What a difference they got up stains that Stanley didn't touch. Our Berber carpet in the basement looks brand new. My office which I track greasy shoes in is spotless. If you don't use them your loss

+ -1 moreIt went good with them. The fee was a better price with good value. They did a good job, moving my furniture and cleaning up. They were quick to come up, they did a good job, and I will recommend them to other people. The only thing that I will need them is more area retreated previous to the actual cleaning job.

Description of Work: Sanitized mattress. Mattress was not stained, but had been dragged around by our son and we wanted to get it sanitized.

+ -1 moreI found them by word of month. They were on time. They probably went a little bit outside their area to even come see us because we're located a little bit of a rural area. That was nice. They had a vehicle that was all set up to do what they did. They gentleman was courteous.
Description of Work: We used White House Cleaning & Restoration, LLC to clean our carpet. They cleaned about 2500 square feet which I supposed was eight rooms. He went out of his way to give us a couple extra products that he had to clean some stains, which he did not have to do but he did. I thought they were reasonably priced compared to other carpet cleaners.

Description of Work: They cleaned by living room carpet (very small room) and did a great job. I have two adopted puppies, and the carpet was very dirty. They were able to remove all of the stains.

+ -1 moreWe had some water intrusion in the lower level and they just did a wonderful job in mediating the situation, repairing the damage and went over and above and even touched up areas in and around the lower level that did not have anything to do with the water damage. They just took care of it for us and it was really nice. They redid our trim for us and made sure that there was no seems or any obvious signs of any kind of problem. As a matter of fact they were coming back to appraise the damage done to our front porch. My experience was wonderful. They were always available. I have the owner's cell phone and he never left us hanging and always responded immediately. Quite frankly, I do not think I have ever called and have to leave him a message, he always pick up and address the situation right away.
