A service man came to assess the situation and provide a quote with various options. He took time to explain various options in different price ranges. We decided to go ahead and replace our furnace and upgrade our air conditioning unit at the same time. We were interested in an energy saving option, which they showed us several options. The workmen arrived at the designated time and day and got the air conditioning running by the end of the first day, since the weather was hot. We appreciated their thoughtfulness. They then completed the furnace installation the second day. One of the service men took time to show me everything they had completed, including how to clean the overflow valve with the brush provided. He left a booklet with written instructions and phone numbers in case we had questions or concerns. While this was an expensive upgrade to our heating and cooling needs, we felt we received quality service and honest input into our decisions. We were very happy with the professional work. The cleaned up the mess they made in the basement and took the cardboard boxes from the new equipment, as well as the old furnace, for recycling.

Their service was prompt. All employees we dealt with were friendly and did their jobs well.

They guy who came was to check our air conditioning unit was unable to fix the issue and we will need to have the whole unit replaced. He checked the filters first to make sure they were clear before proceeding. He then attempted to start the compressor motor which did not work. After doing some more checking, he gave us the bad news that our unit would need to be replaced and apologized that it was not working as we headed into a very hot weekend. He then provided us with multiple options for replacing the AC unit including options to consider replacing the old furnace at the same time. He helped us weigh all the pros and cons of our options and gave us honest feedback as to what would probably be our best options for the situation we have and the price options including a rebate offer from NIPSCO which we were unaware of. In the end, it was our decision to go ahead and replace both the heating and cooling, which we will have done later next week since they will need a day or two for the parts to arrive. We appreciated the prompt response and the cost of the consultation. The other company we contacted could not come out for a week and were charging quite a bit more, so we were glad we called Weaver's.

My furnace went out on the coldest night of the year. I called the emergency number and arranged for service first thing in the morning. (I had the option of having someone sent over immediately, but since the difference was only a few hours, I figured I could wait.) The repairman came over at around 7:30 and had the furnace fixed within an hour. It has worked perfectly ever since. ( I also had my central air conditioner replaced by the same company last summer; the installer showed up on time and did an excellent job.)

It went okay. He had the part available and he fixed the problem while he was out. It's questionable whether I would use them again or not.

Weaver Heating & Cooling Inc. were very knowledgeable. They didn't try to sell us more than we needed. They were timely and did great follow-up. I would definitely use them in the future.

I always heard you get what you pay for. In our case, we got what we paid for. They came, found a problem, showed us the problem, ordered the needed part for our furnace, installed it. Within a week, another problem arose and they immediately came, even though it was after hours for them, to repair the problem. Their people are some of the nicest people you would ever want to deal with. Clean and very polite. They may be a little pricey, but you will really appreciate their workmanship and politeness in dealing with you. I am not sure of the actual date that they came, just know that it was cold outside and they were punctual.

They were considerably cheaper and they are doing an excellent job. They are very knowledgeable. Paul was very excellent. He was the one that came out and did the estimate for us and since we approved it, they set up a schedule to do the work. They showed up on time and they're very aggressive, hard workers and very professional.

Great job- would use them again!

We were not impressed. Quote was fair if it was for just the weather head but as we found out a few more repairs were need to bring the house up to code. We did not use their company because of thier lack of customer service. We guess that the job wasn't big enough for them. Our money spend just as good as the next guy even if we don't live in a fancy newer home. They just missed out on a paying customer.

They were here on time. They were honest with me. I was very pleased with them.

It never started. Had called two times never called.

This company did a terrific job for me. The technician that did the work was very knowledgeable and friendly, and the price was very good. The level of professionalism was very high, and I'd definitely use their service again in the future.

K & R Electric called to set up a time to give us an extimate. Don and David arrived on time and were very thorough in asking what we wanted done. They answered all our questions and we felt very confident that they knew what they were talking about. We received the estimate in the mail in a few days and compared it to the other one we had received. We felt their estimate was fair and decided to use them. They were very prompt and did an excellent job. They were very careful in not making a mess in any of the rooms they woked in and cleaned up when they were done. We enjoyed watching them work and asked a number of questions which they were happy to answer but were also very diligent in their work.. We would highly recommend them.

I called for service on 1_91-12. It was such a tiny job, I was surprised at the prompt response the very next day. The repair person arrived with the part in hand and quickly did the work.

That visit was perfectly satisfactory. I am going to call them again for some electrical work. We have used this company for at least 20 years. We have an annual contract with them to come and check our system every year. They come twice a year once in the spring to check our air conditioner and then come during the fall to check our heating system. The quality of their service has been very good. I have never been disappointed. Responsiveness is a little bit of problem with them. Sometimes getting a word through the office personal to the people who come out is difficult. They are very punctual. They always call before they arrive. The service people who come are always personable and they are very careful. They put on booties at the door.

Another excellent experience with this company. Arrived a little early (called us first), did great work installing our fixtures and left the place spotless.Great job and great value.

I called them, they didn’t listen nor did they contact me when the man came out. They didn’t contact me after I emailed them and called them, also. I will never recommend them. Finally, they sent someone after I called 2 or 3 times and when he got there, he told my tenants, I don’t know why I am here for. He waited for 5 minutes and left from there. If, he had called me he would have known why he was there. I didn’t get a bid from them. I have heard from people they do quality work, but they should get their office organized. I will never use them in future.

I decided to use someone else because their price was a little higher than the guy we went with.

Arrived on time, finished work promptly and left the place spotless. An excellent experience.

Just a very good experience overall.

If you know your need ahead of time, schedule the job early, as they are in high demand. I had set the lamp post light and run the wire up the post. The electrician wired the light, light sensor, and outlet plun on the lamp post. He replaced and wired the porch light completly. He did show up on time that was agreed to, and the office called to confirm the appointment the day of the job. Overall it was a good experience. I would use them again.

It took about an hour to put in the landscape lights. It went very well. They did a great job.

One worker showed up and single-handedly dismantled and disposed of the old funace. Everything went very well. I've only had one issue since they installed the units, and they gave me information over the phone of how to solve the issue which wasn't a problem with their work, rather bugs got into the vent.
