Description of Work: I called and they were super busy with the weather and close to the holidays. Was told 2 weeks. Pleasant people but still no return phone call after calling 3 times. Still have not gotten the work done. It's non emergency but something we'd like to have completed.

 + -1 moreWe have used Weaver to do our maintenance on both our furnace and air conditioner for several years now. They are always very professional and punctual. Today's service was no different. Their tech person, Rod, (who has been here before) is one of the best they have. He is very polite, caring, detailed, explains what he is doing and why, lets you know what the outcome has been on the inspection he is doing and just an overall great person. Cloth slippers were placed over his shoes each time he came in our door. Weaver is privileged to have such a fine young man working for them. Weaver has always done everything they could to come immediately or as soon as possible in an emergency. They call to let you know when the tech will be there. Usually they even call and let us know when he is on his way to our house. We want to thank Weaver for their professionalism both in the office (we spoke with Amy) and on the work site.
Description of Work: Service and maintenance on both the furnace and air conditioner. Check the air conditioner to see why it was not running properly.

 + -1 moreThe time was set between 8:30 to 9:00 A. M., they arrived about 8:15 & ready to go. Got to work did work on main electrical panel & installed an interlock kit, an outside plug & constructed rubber cord for generator. Gave info how to use interlock in case of power failure & how to use cord to connect to our generator. They left area clean & installation was as described. I will definitely call Weaver for future electrical work.

Description of Work: The young man they sent was very punctual, courteous and completed the job in just about half an hour. He also pointed out a few things we should consider repairing or replacing in the future. His estimate was within just a few dollars of the actual bill. he replaced a circuit breaker and a baseboard heater.

 + -1 moreThey will beat anyone estimate and then some. They are very punctual and very responsive and they will call you back on the same day. Depending on what the problem is, they will try to have it done within the first 24 hours. I have been going to them for 15 years.
