+ -1 moreIt took about 2 months for me to get back to them after I received their quote since I had to scrape and repaint the fascia. They responded quickly and had someone there within a few days to review all the details with me. A week later, their crew installed the gutters exactly as I wanted and the bill was exactly the same price at the quotation, even though I asked for some deviations.
Description of Work: Needed new gutters since I had the roof re-shingled. Contacted 3 local gutter companies. Vanderheyden responded quickly with a visit and a quote via phone and email. I selected Vanderheyden based on the professional response, the price, and references from neighbors.

+ -1 moreOverall it's been a terrible experience and I'm been provided no reason by Tim Vanderhayden for his refusal to even speak to me.
Description of Work: While I had used Vanderhayden in the past and was quite pleased, I needed their help on a home my father left me after he died. I called and spoke with Tim Vanderhayden 0n 8/10/10. He said he'd be out on 8/11/10 to be able to give me a QUOTE. I have left several phone messages for him and he hasn't returned a single call. It's unprofessional, disrespectful and demonstrates a loss of Customer Service on his part. Shame on you Tim.
