Great job Bob!! Love the pool and the work was excellent - even on those 100 degree temperature days! Work was done very quickly and efficiently and I can't believe what a professional job they did in such a short amount of time! Bob knew it was getting late in the summer and we were so anxious to get the pool in and be swimming. So he promised me I would be swimming in the pool (although it would be chilly!) in about 2 weeks and I got my wish! I loved all the advice he gave us about the liner and concrete and the end product is gorgeous! Dave who was on the team worked miracles on removing the old concrete and getting the new concrete in and the end result is wonderful! I would certainly have them back in the future if we have more pool work or surrounding concrete to do. Thanks so much to all of you who worked on our job! We love it!

Bob was the only pool installer that would even agree that the recessed deck could be done, even after I showed pictures of what I wanted to all other local pool companies. The only one who did not see these pictures was the BIGGEST pool company in town because they would not even return our initial two calls for an estimate...THEIR LOSS. If you live in this area, you know to whom I am referring. In addition to being the only one who could/would do the recessed deck, he was also the least expensive quote, cover and all. We were not necessarily going for the least expensive, but we wanted what we wanted and we were following a specific budget. Bob is a construction guy. He does all of the work with the exception of the flat concrete and the electrical. He hires a guy for the concrete work who has done all of his pools, so they have worked very well together for many years. We hired an electrician we have used in the past and that went well. Bob has assistance from some helpers during the times when more than two hands are needed. Otherwise he does everything from digging the pool and excavating the surrounding areas to applying the vermiculite to the liner and all finishing touches. He knows what works and what doesn't. He knows how to provide a beautiful finished product. It is as close as you can get to one stop shopping for a pool and not break the bank. It is a huge investment, but one of the best we have made for our family. There is a negative grade for True Blue with the BBB I read about their rating system and I am not impressed that it is worth much. However, to cover all doubts, I was willing to call Bob out on it. We discussed the complaints and I felt 100% comfortable in his professionalism and also 100% confident in his abilities. Some customers just cannot be pleased. I asked for multiple references and spoke with everyone for whom he gave me information. I also went to see some pools he had done. He was not pushy. He is not a salesman. He never tried to sell us anything extra. He made some suggestions about extra concrete and where and why to place it and he was 100% right. He also made a few other suggestions, some we took, some we did not (not because they were not great suggestions, but because we could not do it all in one year), all were good. There were NO surprises with our final bill. Everything that was promised was done and at the agreed on price. He even saved us some money on a roll of copper for the electrical work. The pricing scheduled was also the most reasonable around. Most installers want 25% to 50% down to start. He only wanted the cost of the liner to start and the rest was broken down into 7 or 8 different payments. He will do this part however you want, within reason. A few other pool companies bad mouth each other, Bob never did that.
