We loved Toni! It was our first time buying a home, and she was so incredibly helpful She allowed us to form our own opinions on each home we walked through, then would let us know what things we should look out for. For us it was a learning experience and by the end we were looking for the same possible issues she was She wanted to make sure we got into a home that we loved and wasn't going to cause a bunch of problems and hassle right off the bat. Once we found our home she was with us every step of the way of the closing process, and made sure we had everything completed on time. We love our home, and she continues to help by providing us a list of companies and people she recommends for ANY problems we will encounter as home owners. We would highly recommend Toni for anyone looking for a new home.

Toni was an incredible buyer's agent! I contacted her based on three positive recommendations from friends, and have since recommended her toothers. My husband and I had an initial meeting with Toni to discuss our needs, wants, desired locations, and budget for buying a home. During the meeting she helped us to clarify what were absolute needs andon which aspects we could be flexible. She then emailed over a dozen listings that we could look through; from this list we picked 6 homes tovisit. Toni worked with our schedule and gave us private walk-throughs of each home. We were able to spend ample time (~30 minutes) in each place and Toni pointed out important aspects of each home including highlights and areas to watch out for. We visited an additional 3 homes on a different day that Toni recommended based on getting to know our preferences. Before making a final decision we visited our top 2 homes again, and then put in a purchase offer. During the purchase offer Toni walked us through the entire process. She prepared all the paper work, selected comparables to help us put in a good first offer, and handled all of the negotiations in a timely and inclusive manner. There were a couple of times when the deal nearly fell through, but Toni helped us navigate the unusual circumstances. First, the roof needed the be replaced which the seller was going to cover. Toni got price quotes from reputable roofers and sent these to the seller, but they decided to go with a different company. We had the replacement roof inspected, and it failed! So, the entire roof had to be replaced again. Additionally, the appraisal of the property came back very low (due to a few recent foreclosure sales). Toni provided us with additional comparable properties which helped us to dispute the initial appraisal. This was crucial in the sale of the home, and getting the correct amount for our loan She provided us amazing service. I would have expected this kind of attention if we were buying a half a million dollar house, but our total sale price was under $100K. If we ever move, I will definitely be contacting Toni!

Toni was very professional. We had a limited budget and a tight timeline. She was great and only showed us houses in our budget. Since we were coming in from out of town she worked with us through e-mail to narrow down the homes we would look at over the weekend we had available. We brought along our 9 month old daughter to look at 10-12 houses each day and Toni was great about accommodating our schedule. She was great and we would recommend her to anyone.

The overall experience was excellent, we felt blessed to have Toni acting on our behalf. She did a great job of managing the house purchase for us, which wasn't an easy task as weren't living in the U.S at the time. Her local knowledge was invaluable, she passed on information to us which really helped with our decision making. She listened closly to what we wanted, was always pleasant and helpful but also realistic and helped us to manage our expectations. She always kept us fully informed of everything that was happening and when there were any issues she dealt with them immediately. Toni is extremely professional in her business dealings, we had no hesitation in trusting her to act as our Power of Attorney, again she stepped up and did a great job. Without Toni's help we would not have been able to purchase the house which has become our dream family home.
