We received bids from several contractors and Pete McCollester was very thorough and competitive and open in showing us the various subcontractor and material bids, including what he would make on the job. Nothing was and quot;hiddenand quot;. We contacted several of Pete's references and subcontractors and had great recommendations. Even after we started construction, Pete was helping us find ways to make our home unique, and also ways to save costs. Pete's employees are very dedicated to buiding an excellent house and very precise in their work. Pete has a very good working relationship with some excellent subcontractors and it's obvious they enjoy working on Pete's homes and are there when promised to continue working on his homes. We are very particular people and are very impressed with the quality that is going into our home. We have built new homes in the past, and this has been the best home building experience for us. We highly recommend Pete McCollester and McCollester Group.
