Terminix - Mishawaka -Termite & Pest Control

The inspector arrived on time and was very professional. Unfortunately he confirmed termites but thankfully it was isolated to a small part of the house. We hired Terminix to treat for the termites as well as general pest control. So far I am very happy with their service.

I paid it last fall and they do the spring annual inspection. I think it is $345-$355 for annual. I don't want to say all their technicians but I have two different inspections, the one that does the inspection for pest control I give an A, the one that does the inspection for termite control, I give an F. There are different levels of competency between the two different inspections. Pest control is very good, termite inspection and followup, very poor. I have to stick with them till my contract is up but I am questioning renewal.

I did use them for like a year-and-a-half. They are professional and I stand by their product 100%. Since I have not had them, I getting spiders and stuff again. I have not had those when I had them. I hate bugs. Pricing was pretty good. I think there was only one time we had a miscommunication. It was the same guy every time and he was awesome.

I didn't like the estimator at all. He wasn't knowledgeable and didn't know what he was doing. Their bid was more expensive than the company that we chose for the same services. They also wanted us to sign a contract for a year of pest control - they wanted to charge us every 3 mos or every month of service. It was too expensive and we knew we only needed 1-2 treatments.

I was in a panic called them and they did the service within days. I am very pleased with service.

I like my technician however scheduling is a nightmare. They call several times and things sometimes get confused. Scheduling is just not good. However, my technician is very thorough and accommodating. We used to be on a monthly schedule but now are on quarterly system, so scheduling should be easier.

They came out and sprayed outside the house. I wish there was an alternative. I stopped using their pest control and only using the termite control because I don't like having a contract. I think they charge too much for what they do.

They did a good job.

Terminix did a good job, but we didn't like their customer service. They did not explain thoroughly the contract, because we thought the amount we paid was for three years and it's going to cover their quarterly visits that they made, and we tell them about the problem but we could not get anybody to resolve our misunderstanding. I probably wouldn't recommend them to anybody else, the work that they did could be done for less money. One thing good though, they took care of the problem because the ants are gone.

I am satisfied with their service. I haven’t used them again because I feel that I haven’t seen any termites. I have graded them C because no one is perfect. I would use them again in the future if needed.

They come out every three months. The technician is fantastic. He does an excellent job at whatever I need him to do.

I am pleased with their work. They are fine and there isn’t anything particularly spectacular about them, but my biggest issue with them is that I schedule the appointments with them when it is time for the scheduling and they don’t, also I have to wait at home for the person to come and they come three hours later, so that is my only complaint. I will continue to use them in the future.

Terminix is alright.

They were fine. So far, my experience with them was absolutely fantastic.
