+ -1 moreThis was an emergency situation in which our pump suddenly stopped working and we were without water - no showering, no laundry and no toilets for a day. I called Steve at eight thirty am and he answered within a few rings. We discussed the issues and he committed to being out within 30 minutes to look into this further. At almost exactly 30 minutes later he pulled up in front of my house. Prior to entering he removed his work shoes - very respectful of my property - and in short order he completed his investigation. The pump which was multiple decades old had died and it needed to be replaced. We had agreed on a price and he finished the work within an hour. He completed the final adjustments to the pressure switch and was on his way. Steve was the ultimate professional the whole time and I would highly recommend him.

+ -1 moreI would recommend Steve'S Well Service. He was punctual and very professional. It seemed to me like he did his business in a very professional manner. He explained about the gauge, what needed to be done and gave me a quick estimate so that he could do it right there, which he did, he completed that right the same day. I greatly appreciate that and that is the kind of service that I am looking for. I would definitely give him 'A's for all of the categories on the grading scale.
Description of Work: The last time I used them was in August and he did an inspection of our well and he then replaced some kind of a meter. It was well inspection and then he replaced some kind of a little gauge or meter which was broken.

Description of Work: Came to our home after 5:00 to assess leak in our well. Told us that we would need excavation to find the source of the leak. He does not do excavating, but gave us a referral and did not charge us for a service call.

Description of Work: A previous well inspector stated that well water pressure was too low and may need a new well.Called Steve on Monday morning to inspect well water pressure.He came out the next morning and did the well test. Stated the well pressure was fine and it passed the test. No new well needed
