Great job, pet stains removed, dirty pathway from front door was cleaned up perfectly.

Went ok. Some of the carpet took a really long time to dry and was musty smelling until it dried.

I am an 81 yr. old widow, living alone. I really needed my carpets cleaned, so I called Stanley Steemer after reading an ad in the local paper. On the call I was assured they would move the furniture, vacuum around the edge of the room, and call 30 minutes before the workers would arrive. They came hours early, calling from my driveway, pressuring me since they were in the neighborhood early. There were two men, one was new. They were only here 50 minutes and the carpets looked like it. I could not see a big difference in the cleanliness of my carpet after they left and the floor dried. Other visitors said the same thing. $100 is a large amount of money on my fixed income. I am so disappointed, but can't afford to have it cleaned again at this time. I told everyone what happened in my case because I don't want anyone else to have the same experience.

Really bad idea. I timed the cleaning 1 day before we were having our house professionally photographed and having (11) realtors come in. I didn't have time to do it. I have done it myself for years, but this was special and I wanted it done right. I did everything they said before they came. I removed items off the tables, unplugged etc. Two guys came. They were here maybe 1.5 hrs. The next morning the pictures were taken. Our realtor called and said the bedroom shots couldn't be used because the carpet looked really bad. Same with our area rug. I went to look and sure enough at the end of the bed (where our dog laid) it was missed completely. I ran and got my shampooer before the group came in and went over the area in the bedroom. The water was filthy (that dog!) Next, I had to go over the area rug -again dirty water! After everyone left I started looking closer. I have never had my carpets cleaned PROFESSIONALLY before so I don't know how close to the edge they go- but it doesn't work for me. I called and told them what had happened. If it was my business I would want to know. They were very nice and offered to send them back - no thanks!

Shampooed and conditioned three rooms (family, dining,living room) and the hall. They were friendly, fast, and very professional. I will use them again.

Two stanley steamer employees came and explained process and cost. They started on time and were done in approximately 2 hrs. The carpet and furniture were dry by the next day, the wool rug took an additional day because of its weight. They had explained the wool area rug would smell like wet dog until dry which it did and now completely odorless. The carpet, furniture and area rug look great. Very pleased with whole process.

Went fine. Couldn't get stains out but everything is clean. Have a dirt-sensor on my vacuum which stayed in the green. I am pleased about that. Wish they didn't try to sell doormats and other products, though.

They are great. They do an excellent job. They have the best prices around. They do a terrific job. I will never use any one else again. Stanley Steemer does the best job for me and they are the most reasonably priced out there.

They were prompt, they gave excellent service, they only charged us for the work completed, they had a great package, and they were very thorough. I know they gave their best effort.
