 + -1 moreThis company will tell you lies in order to upgrade your equipment. They are not qualified to service large buildings or existing equipment previously installed. I was unable to set my alarms for 3 months. I had to try and contact them several times just to get them to send a technician, and when they finally did they could not fix the issues taking place. I gave them 3 opportunities to secure my building and they failed each time. I told them that i would have to use another provider as I need to have an alarmed facility. The new provider had my system up and running in one day. Now I am receiving bills from Per Mar for the full amount due for the rest of the contract. I pay my bills but there was no way that I was going to continue paying a provider when they are not doing what is required on the terms of the contract in the first place. Beware of this company.
Description of Work: I need to keep my buildings securely alarmed.
