The move went very well. The 3 movers were on time and worked from 8:00 a until 9:00 pm. They were friendly, polite, helpful, professional and effcient. A++ for them!!!

This is a difficult review to write as I must accept some of the responsibility for overall outcome and my underestimation of how long it would take to pack up my home. I did find the staff to be friendly and courteous and the pricing well under other quotes. In addition, during the move, the owner did come out and help pack and did not charge me. Also compounding the problem was the date, Memorial Day weekend. My issue centers on how things were boxed and the care with which boxes destined for my garage were placed. I expected my things to be wrapped and carefully placed in boxes, that may have been unrealistic because I had lots of things to pack, but I found that things were often put in the boxes with little care. The last load was destined to be placed in my garage and it was a mess, I couldn't even get to various areas. When I brought this to the owner's attention he became very defensive but he did send out a crew of two for an hour at no charge. There were a few minor areas damaged that were immediately addressed. The process could have been improved with better communication between the moving company and myself. I had never used a moving company and while I thought I was in good shape with the packing I had done prior to their arrival on the move date, I found that I had vastly underestimated the time needed to pack remaining items.

They were very efficient and on time. Everything that my mother wanted to be moved to her apartment was moved very quickly; in about 2-3 hours at the most which showed that they were very efficient and very fast. They were very economically priced. They are really quick and not very costly because I had called a lot of other places and they wanted a lot more money. My overall experience with them has been good.
