Very well. The crew was courteous and professional. Did a great job.

Excellent service! Carpet was well protected and the fireplace was vacuumed when the service was completed. Serviceman even retrieved the grate from outside and placed it in the fireplace.

He is a good local guy, he missed a spot and came back and fixed it. He did a good job.

They showed up earlier than expected which was not good because we were leaving to go out of town that day. But they proceeded without us there . We came home to a patio with mismatched brick, was told that they needed to buy more brick so we owed more money for that. The cement used didn't match the cement color of the rest of the patio. It looks like a mismatched mess. Very unprofessional. I think I could have done a better job myself. I took pictures of the job they did and sent them to Mesaros. My patio actually looked better before they touched it. The cement used for the brick walkway crumbled within months. I called Mesaros back right away and told him how awful the job was. We agreed that he would pay me back the money for the patio and walkway. It seemed like the chimney work was done adequately. So, at this point he owed me approximately $2,000. Mind you, I paid him in full and extra for the bricks! He has paid some of the money back to me in installments over the last two years!!! He still owes me $600! What a ridiculous experience this has been!. Just awful. I am still waiting for my $600 and I have contacted the Better Business Bureau as well. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! I wish I read these reviews before hiring him!

He was prompt coming to do work but then before he even got on the roof, he said the job was going to be more extensive than what he thought. He gave us a very high estimate, saying he would have to replace the whole chimney. I have gotten way lower estimates since then.

Work went well with no problems .Arrived on time and did the job quickly

Two years prior, I had another chimney service come to clean and inspect my fireplace chimney. They cleaned it but said it was not safe to burn because of broken tile near he top of the chimney. I have only had a fire in it a half dozen times in the last two years because of this so the chimney is not in need of cleaning. This year, I decided to get a second opinion and called Mesaros. When he came, I told him the story and told him I was not going to spend a lot of money on repairs but need his opinion on the repairs needed, an estimate and the possible danger. It seemed like as soon as I told him I was not going to spend a lot of money, he was in a big hurry to leave. He came in and looked at the fireplace, told me how filthy it was, told me it was not safe, and told me he would call me. He left without even checking the top of the brickwork where the problem was. I, of course, have not heard from him since. Since then, I hired another chimney service. They did some masonry work at the top, charged me a fair price, told me the chimney was clean and assured me it was safe!

Though we initially scheduled for about 6 weeks ago the repairs were delayed by the excessive rain in our area which is quite understandable. During this time delay we were kept updated on our status on their schedule which quite frankly is all we could ask, they cannot control he weather!. Once the weather finally cooperated when they came on site to stage they were friendly, professional and did a fantastic job of preparing the side yard and removing the fence in a way that our dogs could still go out without them getting out of the yard. Work was done in less time than originally planned and was of top notch quality as was their clean up. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them.

A big waste of time - BEWARE!

Initial inspection, quotation, and down payment of 1/2 total. 2 months later they showed up to do the job. Their work did nothing to repair or fix the problem. I called them back, they came out and simply said the leak was not related to their work. I have contacted another chimney service company who has inspected the chimney, has found the problems causing the leaks and shown me that Mesaros did virtually nothing to repair the problems.
