We have moved a dozen times or so and bought about that many houses. We have had good, bad, and mediocre real estate agents. Lisa surpassed any experience that we have ever had, and we could not recommend her highly enough.
Lisa worked hard to be available when we wanted to see houses. She works long hours with a smile and a cheerful attitude. She never complained if it was dragging past mealtime. She followed up while on vacation. Lisa made great comments without ever being pushy. She is friendly but doesn't talk nonstop. We genuinely enjoyed looking at the houses with her because she has such an easygoing personality. But she really was outstanding once it came time to make an offer. After presenting us with comparable properties and prices in order to make an informed decision, she was a bulldog in the negotiations. We bought for a great price, and she was vigilant throughout the purchasing process. She came to the house several times to check on things for us and to make sure it was in tip top shape.
We would use Lisa again without any hesitation and recommend her to all of our family and friends.
