Description of Work: Was asked to submit an estimate for the construction of a wooden shed on my 3rd floor balcony. Arrived late for the appointment, took measurements and promised to call later that same day with the estimate.

+ 2 moreThe process took a little longer since Ken had to be sure not to break any tiles when removing them. He was meticulous about protecting carpet and walk ways with canvas, and he lined the tub with canvas to catch debris. The finished job was excellent and I would definitely recommend Ken to others.
Description of Work: Removed shower wall tiles over a 3' x 5' area, including a soap dish. Removed and replaced wet wallboard using concrete board. Cleaned all tiles and soap dish. None were broken in the removal process. Replaced the tiles and soap dish. Grouted the repaired area and sealed all shower and tub perimeter edges.

+ 0 moreI made an appointment with Ken to show Ken the jobs I hoped to have done. He said he'd like to see the house and would give me an estimate. We discussed in detail the location of the house. I gave exact address and indicated a nearby major intersection. I gave him my phone number. He agreed to meet me at the house at an agreed on date and time. When that time came, he did not show up and he never called, beforehand or afterward, to cancel, reschedule, or ask for more street directions.
Description of Work: No services were done. Ken did not show up.

+ 1 moreHe is very reasonable. I think that he is economical to use. He can do up a whole ready of house projects from tiny little things to major things so that's really good about him. I had a situation with my patio door because of something it wouldn't close. He figured out how to get that leveled that up, closed and locked. So I didn't have to replace that big expensive door. I think that says a lot of positive things about him. I have used him several times like he helped us move our washer dryer from basement to upstairs and rewired it; put installation in the ad deck. So he really does a whole lot of things
Description of Work: I used Ken Rock for handymen services. He does construction and tile work as well. The last time I used him was this spring. I had tile work redone on two bathrooms which was major work.
