Description of Work: Cleaned carpets. I couldn't believe the difference! This is a job I always did myself but from now on I will use this company. The owner returned my call very promptly and was very professional. When he was finished my carpets looked like new. He was able to complete three rooms, a stairway and hall with no mess and very quickly. He also gave me great tips for quick spot clean-up and how to take care of the carpets to extend their life. For me, considering the amount of time and money I saved it would be silly to go back to doing this myself. Very pleased.

 + -1 moreThe guy was very professional and courteous. I even had him go and clean my parents carpets and it was amazing how they looked afterwards.
Description of Work: I had my carpets cleaned. We have pets (cats and a dog) and as much as we try to vacuum, the amount of pet hair was unbelievable that came out of the carpets. Our carpets looked brand new.

 + -1 moreOwner was professional,prompt and friendly. I suspect his co worker was new to the job- he left me with a feeling that he needed a lot of guidance. They leave the carpets very wet when they finish. Upon completion it looked as though they did a pretty good job. They pointed out some problem areas that were lighter than the rest of the carpet and suggested it might have been as a result of products we had used to spot clean. However, after the carpets dried, it was apparent that they did not get rid of several stained areas ( pet stains). The price appeared to be higher than we paid in the past.
Description of Work: Cleaned about 7 carpeted rooms and stairs and landings.

 + -1 moreSaw good customer reviews on the web and decided to try them. They came on time, did a great job and were very friendly, courteous and helpful. We have had several other companies in the past but Hydro Clean was the best by far. Will likely use them annually from now on.
