Description of Work: For heating and air, we have used Harlan Heating & Cooling. They did the annual inspection and he fixed a couple of minor things and replaced some parts.

+ -1 moreVery prompt and professional, our furnace stopped working when it was about 15 degrees. I had a 3 month old baby and 2 year old so was very anxious to get it fixed ASAP. We have American Home Shield so were referred through them. Our technician came out within a few hours and diagnosed the problem. It was a known issue with the furnace covered under its warranty, so ended up not being covered by home warranty. We paid for the service but the part was covered under the warranty. Technician arrived the next morning by about 8 am with the new part and had it all done and put back together by around 3. We were very happy with the result and would use them again if we ever have another issue.
