Forte Waterproofing

Excellent! Mark Forte, along with his Dad (approx 2010) gave me a quote; within $100 of another local company. Decided to use Forte as I understood his methods and depth of the foundation repair considerably better that the other guys. It was a serious undertaking, took five days. A bit messy as there was concrete dust from the saw, but this was expected. Once repairs were completed, we had a small leak.... within a day his entire crew was out to repair the problem, all at no additional charge. Repairs completed (2010) and basement has been 100% dry ever since! Highly recommend!

Met with Mark from Forte and he was one of 4 quotes I got - he wasn't the most or least expensive, but I believe he was the most upfront and honest. Decided to sell the home in the meantime and didn't need to hire the work done, but would have hired Forte if I had needed it done.

Before Mark came out he spent considerable time on the phone listening to my situation and describing what he thought might be going on. As I had the work done previously by another vendor he offered this at no charge but would come out as part of the $50 deal on Angie's list if I thought it necessary. He came out and gave an in depth analysis of my problem, what he would do differently, and the effectiveness of the installation of the other vendor. Mark is a no nonsense down to earth guy. I wish I had hired him instead of the vendor I used. Lesson learned.

I do highly recommend him. I like that he stands behind his product and takes care of any problems promptly. The battery backup in the sump pump actually burned up and he came out to replace everything right away, no questions asked, no paperwork. He just took care of it. He came recommended to me by the realtors who have used him and they told me that he was a lot more reasonable and thorough than his competition. He oversees all his projects. He's a real hands-on person.

The estimated time to complete this project was two days. Mark and his crew were in and out in one day. They did a great job. They were courteous and cleaned up the yard when done. I am very pleased with the outcome.

They did an excellent job and did it a timely manner. We were very pleased with the work they did and would use them again.

I think they were pretty honest, they did the job quickly, they were easy to get hold of and deal with.
