Fantastic job!

I had previously worked with two architects, and another draftsman before meeting Tom. I am always wary of reviews which only give excellent ratings (as I did above), but his skill and experience was the key for actually moving our project forward. He was never critical of my ideas, but generally improved them for floor plan efficiency, building engineering and cost containment. Tom was also on time and responsive to make desired changes. His fees were very reasonable as well.

Exterior Arts was very quick to give a quote for 4 skylights that we have had trouble with since building our home 20 years ago. The 4 skylights were installed in one day and they were able to do everything from the outside which meant minimal mess for me inside and they cleaned up everything after the installation.

The windows look wonderful from inside and out.. the interior needs to be stained and that is our job, by choice. They were very good at cleaning up their supplies. We were allowed to donate the old windows to Habitat for Humanity, who came and picked them up for us. We wee extremely pleased with the installation, the promptness of his work, ans his assistants. We hope to have him do some new work for us in the future.

The entire transaction was completed in a professional manner. They were timely on appointments and neat and tidy during the installation. I would recommend Exterior Arts and have already to neighbors.

Craftsmanship was outstanding, clean work environment, punctual, and finished 2 weeks early! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to redo a deck or home improvement.

Exterior Arts owner, Tom Morris was prompt and professional. His crew was very efficient and hard working and took extra care to keep the worksite clean. The dimensional shingles he recommended have lots of character and depth and complement our home well. After the job was complete the guys picked up all debris and left it in the provided dumpster which was picked up the very next day.

It went great they were very good. Their communication was excellent, he was very approachable and upfront with all the work. The pricing was very fair and quality is fantastic. He was very creative with his ideas and use of spacing giving suggestion that we might not have thought about. We appreciated his influence, and wouldn't have a problem recommending him to anybody. He is going to be my go to guy if i need anything done around the home.

The projected install date was pushed out a few days due to Velux not shipping the skylights. These were custom sized skylights since Velux did not have a direct replacement for Andersen. The proposal called for oversized skylights, which allowed for the use of Velux manufactured materials to ensure the No Leak warranty. This meant that the existing skylight curbs would need to be removed and new curbs be built on site. No alterations to the openings would be necessary. Interior finishing (stain and seal) of openings was up to the homeowner, and Exterior Arts provided the needed wood material based on the proposal. Upon arrival of the skylights to the vendor, I was contacted for an install date. The crew showed up with the needed materials and promptly went to work with removing surrounding shingles, skylights and curbs. The crew completed the work after 8 hours on site, working thru their lunch break. After skylight installation, the removed shingles were replaced with new which were very close to the original color. All trash and debris were removed and the area left clean. The only thing that was not done was cleaning the exterior glass of the skylights after installation to remove the handprints. The job as completed per the proposal. The company was easy to work with and professional. Thanks.
