tiffany Champion windows is the only place I will make my purchases. I know their quality. I know their warrantees. And their staff is trained well in doing their job. I had Jake and Jeremy today and nothing but professionalism and kindness. Always a pleasure doing business with this company.

Lance, the rep for Champion, was very thorough in showing us the differences in vinyl windows and their warranties. We knew in advance what style & color we wanted, and Lance didn't try to sell usanything different, which I totally appreciated. I already have a Champion 3-season room so I called them back when I needed some windows replaced. I was extemely happy with the quality of the demo model, and the price was right for us! So glad we went back to Champion and dealt with Lance.

Everything went smoothly at first, and they came out when they said they would. We are happy with the front door. But the installed the wrong back sliding door. Okay, mistakes happen. This was Sept 2020. But the struggle to get them to come put in the correct back door has been incredibly frustrating. They have lied multiple times about having ordered the correct doors (they are more expensive) and now it is nearly 9 months later and I still can barely get anyone to call me back. I have called over a dozen times and it's always the same: if I'm lucky enough to actually get someone on the phone, it's always "oh I can't handle that, let me forward it to the department who does. You should get a call in 48 hours". Then 1-2 weeks go by and nothing. Rinse and repeat. I cannot believe how unprofessional this company is, and am now requesting a refund since I just want to end this nonsense, even if it requires legal action. I'd just warn people that their products come with a nice warranty, but it's clear how they get around having to do anything about it

On time, professional workers, and cleaned up when done.

Glenn Ford (South Bend), a private contractor, did the work on our house for Champion. He was having trouble hiring an keeping reliable and capable help as most companies are these days, but Glenn kept a close eye on the work and we got a quality job. There have been a few cases show up where siding needed reattached or something, but Champion took care of those situations for us with no hassle whatsoever.

Workers were efficient, worked hard. Windows are wonderful. Totally made our library livable. Love Champion.

Poorly. They did not measure window correctly so it was smaller then should have been. Spent 6 months trying to get it resolved. Their windows ice up on the inside even when the humidity is low in the house.

Crew was quick and professional and work was done with great skill.

Sales process was too long otherwise okay. Installation process was very efficient. My wife and I were very satisfied with the service.

Their Lifetime Warranty is just a Hoax! This business refused to honor warranty (although their website says "Life time warranty") for the sun room which they built. We found our roof leakage and window damaged when returned from vacation. A local constructor checked the leakage and said he was confident it is a valley between sun room and a house roof. We are not original purchasers of the sun room and Champion Windows said that based on that fact we don’t have their warranty. Looks like they have internal cheating or may be discriminating policy to give warranty for their products to certain people. In addition, their manager Mike in South Bend IN office said they are not professionals in roofs at all and usually do not repair roofs which they had installed. I am going to file complaint to FTC regarding their "Life Time Warranty" and ask them to check this business for discrimination compliance.

Installers were very professional, fast, efficient, and did quality work. Salesman was very good and professional. I was surprised their price was less than another window company quoted. We had already bought windows for another house and a sun room from Champion so we expected top quality products and service, and that is what we got. We did expect the price to be higher than another reputable local company, but the price was slightly less because Ray (salesman) suggested we change several double double-hung windows to a single slider to save cost. They are much more expensive than big box store windows, but the quality is higher and these come installed. We are already noticing lower heating usage.

The installer did a great job. He arrived on time and did a great job and cleaned up everything.

Had to have them fix things several times and also they used 4" nails on rolled roofing on tractor shed, was lucky they didn't pierce wiring. They had mostly young guy's doing the work, the guy in charge would come back and check on them every once and a while.

The installer was great, but the measurements were incorrect and they had to come back on several times. They had to brace the screen, they had the wrong side windows, and they had a crack in a window. Then that replacement window didn't fit either.

They were great. They did it very quickly and they were very good. It took about 7 hours to do everything and they finished it in 1 day.

It turned out great. They were really, really good. We got several quotes and we thought their quote was very good. We liked the idea that they were going to make and build the windows for our house rather than having already pre-measured windows. They came out and took the initial measurement and then they measured again before they ordered them and they did a great job. They did in 2 or 3 days. They replaced all the oak wood all around the windows. I thought a garden window outside the kitchen and the guy recommended that it would be too expensive and said, "Why don't we build you a shelf?" because I want to be able to open the window this summer, set food on the shelf, close it and then walk around to my patio without having to juggle food. They built me this beautiful cedar shelf and it works great. They did a wonderful job. It was a very good, positive experience. They gave us some discounts and basically we had the whole house done except for the front door and the garage windows. They were very respectful, on time, did their job and they worked hard. They've worked long hours to get it done. They were really good.

We inquired about a sunroom with a sales rep at the Elkhart County Fair in July. About a week later we met a sales rep at our house to talk about the details as they relate to quality, workmanship, and cost. The sales rep spent more than four hours discussing every facet of the job. There was absolutely no high pressure sales tactics. Once we decided to purchase the sunroom the next step was the company sending out an appraisal team to measure the area and talk to us about the specific work to be done in September. They were very professional. On 17 September 2014 a two man crew arrived and began work. This team was very good. They finished up the majority of their work on 22 September except for changing out the sliding glass entry door because of the wrong width. Additionally, Champion uses an electrical contractor from South Bend named Dan, who is wonderful. We needed to have electrical run because we opted to buy the (Amana) heating and cooling system for our sunroom and we're happy we did. We want to be able to use our new room 365 days per year. As a side note, you will love the "Champion 365 glass" that this company uses. It will blow you away during the home demonstration! In total, it took about 8 hours total to remove the old screen porch and install the new sunroom. The install crew did a great job and cleaned up after themselves each day and hauled off all the old materials. We would highly recommend Champion and we look forward to years of enjoying our new sunroom.

They do excellent work and have a great warranty with their products. The service has worked out really well with them. They will be putting a new roof and gutters on our house after the rain stops.
