Description of Work: Champion windows installed 2 new windows and a new front door. I am very satisfied with the final result. There were some problems with the installation initially. One window should have been frosted glass and the casing on the outside of the windows should have been brown but was not. They fixed this without any questions or problems and the workmanship is wonderful.

Description of Work: Installed casement replacement windows on our entire home. The purchase and installation went extremely well. They actually were ahead of schedule and did an excellent job of cleaning up. All work was completed in one day. The installers were very professional and good communicators and the salesperson was also very helpful and able to answer all of our questions in our home. I would highly recommend you check them out!

Description of Work: We did not choose Champion because of their high prices. We compared the U value of the various windows shown to us by different vendors. The U value numbers are independently verified and the lower the U value the more energy is saved. We have ordered a competitor's windows offering a much lower U valued window for 1/2 the price. I was also concerned that installation of the new windows would be a rush job; how can one worker take out and install nine units in 1/2 a work day--wow that's fast, and potentially sloppy.

Description of Work: Roofing was great. The subcontractor they used for ventilation in the attic and some gutter work did not appear knowledgeable and made several major errors that Champion responded to and fixed.

Description of Work: We have had two contacts so far with Champion, for estimates and measurements for new windows. Both guys were professional and punctual. The prices are high, but they have a great warranty, so we ordered the windows, and should have them installed in about 6 weeks.
