Description of Work: There was a out building added on to our garage with a low pitch so they used rolled roofing and used 4" long nails instead of 2" nails, could of pierced our wiring , just because they were to lazy to get the right nails.

Description of Work: We had Champion install windows in our entire house. They maintained good communications with us during the whole process. They were easy to work with. The installers had the job done in one day and were very professional about how they interacted with us. The clean up was perfect. There were no surprises in any step of the process and the window products that were installed have met all of our expectations. Our experience with Champion is one of the best we have ever experienced with a contractor in doing exactly what they said they would do in a timely fashion. We don't think you can go wrong choosing this team of professionals.

Description of Work: Back in August of 2007, I had all of my windows replaced(10). I had hoped that the quality that I saw in their showroom would be as I would receive. Initially, all seemed fine, then I began to notice that some seals were not right and the glass was streaking. I had two upper sections of the double-hung windows replaced about a month after installation. I had a glass block window put in my bathroom. In the Winter, I was feeling cold air from the glass. As it turned out, the point where the 4 blocks came together did not seal properly. I had to apply silicone to all the seams and corners to stop the drafts. I even caulked the outside joints. I have an 84"x45" picture window and when the wind was blowing, my curtains would move. I had to put clear plastic up on the inside to control the air. I just recently contacted the owner to express my frustration and ask to have them fixed. A technician is coming out Friday, 6-19-2015 at 2:00PM to do the work. There was no real fix for the glass block window as the owner said that is the best they can do. Not sure how they will stop the drafts on the Picture window. |From all their advertising and hype as to how great their windows, I would not recommend them. |Bruce Strnad

Description of Work: Champion replaced windows on one side of our house. The sales guy was very professional and polite. Their installers were amazing, and did a great job. I have absolutely no reservations about the quality of their product or work. The only drawback was that their prices were way higher than other companies.

Description of Work: Five bedroom windows were replaced. They were built to fit the existing openings. The new windows match the old windows so that the old house retains it's look but now the new windows work! We will replace more and ask Champion Windows to do the work again!

We had a good experience and very efficient. The window didn't decrease the outside noise as I thought it would have done. They took care of the problem and gave me 6 storm windows for free.
