+ 0 moreFrom acceptance of the proposal to installation was approximately 15 weeks. All of the representatives were very professional, courteous, and responsive. The installers were very knowledgable and efficient. The quality of the product and installation fully met our expectations.
Description of Work: Champion made a proposal to replace all of our windows and patio door with custom windows and door. The existing windows and door were removed and the new ones installed.

Description of Work: Champion came out to assess leaking of the 15-year old roof on our sun room. The warranty had just expired and Champion still did the work at no charge. All the staff that I dealt with from the receptionist, the estimator, the manager & then the work crew were all very courteous and professional. They also were very personal and cared about the job & the outcome.

+ 0 moreThis was the first company I called, so I was initially just trying to get an estimate of what new windows would cost. The sales rep was extremely knowledgable about the Champion products. He was also somewhat pushy (which I suppose is part of the job). I didn't think he was going to leave my house until I signed a contract. He kept lowering the price when I was hesitant about purchasing. Obviously we ended up purchasing from Champion. I'm not sure we got the best deal, but I am highly satisfied with our new windows and new front door. One guy installed everything! He was there 2 days, worked very efficiently and cleaned up after himself. I was super impressed with the installation process. Our heating and cooling bills have not changed since the installation but I know we received a quality product with an excellent warranty. Overall I am very satisfied with Champion, their products and their people.
Description of Work: Replaced all windows, replaced front door, new storm door and repaired sliding door screen.

+ -1 moreThe Crew Started the job on time and showed up every day rain or shine, (one day they did leave early raining too hard) Can't blame them. Did not delay the job much. Every thing went smoothly, I could tell they this was not the first time they had put up a sun room. Only one small error the carpet that they were putting down was not what we had pick out, No problem they rolled it up and brought out the right carpet about 1 week later. (had to order it) It has been a year now and we LOVE the Sun Room. This is one instance where you get what you pay for. There are less expensive products out there but I highly recommend The Champion sun room.
Description of Work: We Wanted to turn our covered Patio into a four season sun room. We check with several Patio enclosure companies, the quality of the materials used is one of the reasons we chose Champion.

We purchased some replacement windows for our home and they are very high quality. The windows arrived for an earlier installation date than we were given, a nice surprise. Installers were kind and very efficient and the windows we had done look great. Better (lower) gas bill now, quieter house, etc. My dad had recommended Champion and he was right!

+ -1 moreI didn't understand what I was getting into at the time. My wife was in the hospital at the time and I was under a lot of stress. So I ended up signing the contract and was not able to cancel the contract before they were there to install the windows. Everyone else's advertisements were saying $189.00 installed and I ended up paying over $600 a piece for them. I feel they are trying to scam the elderly. One of the windows even cracked shortly after it was installed.

I ordered it on Labor Day of 2011, I called at the end of september to find out a delivery date and they acted as if it had not been ordered and finally got it installed in November of 2011. Then while remodeling the deck a board broke the sliding dog door and it has to be replaced. Ordered replacement door glass on August 20, 2012 and I am still waiting for the door glass. Was told October 5, 2012 that the first try at placing the order did not go through due to a computer problem. So they say it has be ordered now and should arrive soon. So I have been waiting about 5 months total for the door. I will not use this company for any future work. Every though I have a sunroom than needs remodeled.
Description of Work: Replaced a 7 foot wide sliding glass patio door with a 7 foot wide sliding glass patio door with a dog door built into it.

The made sure the opening was properly constructed & reinforced for the new window. The installation went smoothly and their attention to detail was great! The workers cleaned up any mess and left our home just as they found it. All work was done with professionalism & attention to details and we ended up with a beautiful - not to mention energy efficient - addition to both the interior and exterior beauty of our home! I can't say enough about the responsiveness, courteous demeanor & professionalism of Champion Windows and their personnel!
Description of Work: Champion installed a new bow window in our living room. It was a large 5-panel window with 3 fixed panels & 2 casement / functional (opening) panels. Champion did a beautiful job installing & both interior & exterior finishing. The employees were respectful of our home & property and took extra care to avoid tracking dirt or anything else within the house. We previously used Champion to replace the other windows in our home (8 windows) plus our front entry door and also our patio door and have been pleased with all products and most definitely the responsiveness with any service issues. Champion Windows is #1 with us and I don't hesitate to recommend them highly. You may pay a little more for their products than other window companies, but it is well worth it! I might add that the same crew that installed this bow window are the same crew that installed our other windows & doors in 2010 - I appreciate the continuity of that and the fact that it speaks to the stability of Champion & their people.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. While we chose not to go with Champion, it had absolutely nothing to do with the representative or the presentation itself. While some of the other companies we had come in spent much of their time highlighting the "deficiencies" of their competitor's windows, the Champion representative spent a great deal of time more on the benefits of his product, as opposed to constantly bashing the other companies' products. We learned about the glass making process and what innovations there have been over the last couple decades in glass and replacement windows. We learned about Champion as a company, and what the company's values were, and we also were able to physically handle samples of their product.
Description of Work: We had them out to look at replacing windows on our 60 year old home. The representative walked around the property and took a look from the inside as well. He gave a presentation to show in greater detail the Champion product as well as a comparison to some competitor's products. he was also willing to negotiate on price.

Description of Work: As a major part of refurbishing a foreclosed property to prepare it for listing for sale, I contacted Champion Window and Doors, as well as two other local window companies. Hands down - Champion provided EXEMPLARY professionalism, price and service. They worked within our budget & stayed focused on the needs of the property. The installation was fast and QUALITY workmanship. They turned an "ugly duckling" into a ranch home with some attractive curb appeal. The quality of the windows and the life-time guarantee will be a GREAT selling feature of the home. The windows are BEAUTIFUL!! You can't go wrong with Champion!!
