The service worked out great. They had a crew of two and they finished the installation in 3-4 hours. They were professional and the work was done well.

The service was great. They did a beautiful job. One of the doors is sticking a bit so I need to call them to adjust it which I am sure will go very well.

It took a little while to get the products made but once they were in the installation went very fast. They are a bit pricey but they did a very good job.

They did a fantastic job. They stand behind their warranties. We had our whole house sided by them in the past. We had one area of siding that was bubbling up and they fixed it with no questions asked. We plan to use them in the future for a new door as well.

It took about three weeks for them to do the work. The crew was great, they were quick and efficient. The service worked out very well.

The entire process went well. The salesman (Ted) we worked with came to our home, and was well trained in the products he was selling. We were able to choose a door style and color we liked. We even visited the store later to work out all the details. The installer (Steve) arrived exactly at the time that was quoted and was intstantly engaged in getting our door installed even with the challenging aspects of our particular situation with regard to the original installation (not by Champion - original home builder) and the damage left behind from improper installation. The Installer was sure to let us know that at the first sign of any trouble (if it occurs) to contact Champion immediatly and THEY will be there to fix it due to the lifetime warranty. At the end of a LONG-LONG day of work, our door is installed and we (especially my wife) love it. Using Champion was worth paying a little more to get a job well done. This door is incredibly well made and looks great.

Our roof was in disrepair due to faulty shingles from the original builder. After working with Champion, and checking quotes from other companies, we felt their roofing materials and methodology pertaining to the installation and focus on quality was the best. Even though the pricing was higher than competitors, the warranty and attention to detail seemed worth it. The installers came as predicted, subjected to rain at the start, and everything went as was represented. The installers cared about keeping things clean during the removal and install - every night when they left - they cleaned everything very well. The job took slightly longer than originally quoted, but they made sure everything was completed right. We are impressed with our new roof, and are looking forward to enjoying it and not having issues with it.

They were excellent. They always have been prompt. They are always been right on the money. You give them a call and they will come right there. They always will come back and fix what they didn't get right and they will maintain it for you over the years. I have had them do the windows, patios, and new doors and they have been one of the best companies I have ever dealt with, with how compassion and how they are reliable and fix things and make the customers satisfied.

Henry, the salesman, was extremely professional and took the time to explain all of the options, the differences between types of frames, glass, etc., and provided me with estimates using different quality materials. In the end, he made me an excellent offer that beat other estimates that were for windows and doors of lower quality. The main installer, Isaiah, was excellent. His work was professional, and the quality of the installation surpassed what I had expected. The manager, Eric, was extremely responsive. There was a minor problem with the order, but he went out of his way to resolve the problem quickly around my schedule, and the corrections met my expectations. Thanks, Champion.

The workers were courteous and professional. We did not compare prices with other window companies - so we have no idea if the prices were fair. The payment plan suited our budget..

They did a great job. I am well satisfied.

We didn’t move anything pass the quote with them. They were pleasant and professional. I guess the salesman who we spoke with, like I said, was nice, answered our questions, worked with us and I will be getting in touch with but that’s the only people we dealt there was the one salesman.

The installers were totally efficient and professional. They worked really quickly in single digit temperatures to get the old windows out and the new ones in to stop the cold. Then they took their time and made sure that every window was completely sealed and ready to go!

Replaced 7 windows, a patio door and front door.

It worked out pretty well. It turned out that the discount I had was really good because normally, they only give their own discounts for three windows or more. It was $250 off the retail price, I paid $25 to get the certificate so it was really worthwhile.

They replaced a total of 22 windows. We could really tell a difference.

First of all, we chose Champion because of comparative price and secondly because of lifetime warranty on ALL materials, parts and labor. I was immediately impressed with Adam, the customer rep who came out to make a presentation of exactly what Champion would do. He explained that Champion manufactures their own windows. I think this is a big plus in terms of their warranty. He explained about the material, the glass and the operation of the windows. Our house only needed this done on one room, an add on family room that was over 50 years old (the rest of the house had been updated by the original owner). The original windows were of the crank-up awning style, and with five of them, they were getting difficult to operate. Adam offered us double sliders with a full screen. They look great and work great!. Each half is easily removable from the inside for easy cleaning. They are double, gas-filled windows for excellent insulation. The original siding was aluminum, probably white. It was hard to tell from the fading and discoloring after so many years. It was replaced with vinyl siding that looks absolutely gorgeous. It has a cedar-type finish to it that really looks nice! Adam was a gentleman during the whole process. There was no hard sell, only reason and logic. When it came to the price, we couldn't believe how much he beat out the competition, particularly considering their lifetime warranty. There were two installation teams; one for the windows and one for the siding. Both teams were obviously experienced in their specialties. They performed beautiful workmanship, were very careful about making everything look and work just right. The two people involved on each team were fine gentleman and highly respectful at all times. The window crew worked from the inside and were very careful to lay down plastic sheets to keep our new carpeting clean. We would highly recommend Champion for any siding and windows you need replaced.

It was a terrible experience. The salesman was at our house for 5 hours and he wouldn't leave!!! From 6:00-11:00 pm. He wanted to push us to make a decision that night, it was my first presentation I had already told him that we were not making a decision. He took smoke breaks (that was my husband'd fault), we had to order a pizza for dinner and he even ate with us. He trash talk all the other window companies. I told him many times to leave, that I had stuff to do, but he was never done with his presentation. It was a nightmare, terrible sales tactics. He also lied about other companies products; saying that they are the only ones with foam in one side of the window, and noone else has. Guess what the company we went with has on both sides. No professionalism whatsoever. Kept making condescending remarks, when I was the one talking. Would never buy from them, even if the product is good.

Their price was pretty high. It was the highest of all of our quotes. It was very sales pitchy without doing a lot of inspection. It seemed like a high-pressure sale without a lot of investigation on their part. It seemed like it was a canned sales pitch which turned us off. It appears they offer a good product but understand what you're inviting to the house. You're inviting a high-pressure sales pitch. You're asking a professional salesperson, not a roofing company. They came right out and provided a quote in the timeline we're looking for.

Their service was good. The only bad thing that happened was that the guy who put in the upper windows and the back door was one guy that was past his retirement age. It took him a long time. I had to leave the house a couple of times and I didn’t have electrical output for him to use. He did most of it by hand but did a good job except for the back door. It was not leveled so it kept swinging close by itself. I was getting some air in there around the molding while the gentleman that is the foremen of the company came out about a week later and fixed it. I wasn’t unhappy about it. The windows themselves were custom made so they took about a couple of weeks longer than they told us it would take. They are pretty good at coming out. They are pretty quick to get things fixed. I haven’t got any complaints about the windows. I am waiting for another year and then am going to get a new front door put in and that would take care of the whole house. I only had 2 windows done by another company but they were super expensive. Champion maybe a little more expensive than most people but I think there craftsmanship and also their products are much better. I am paying a little extra but I am paying extra for the quality of the window; I got double pane which has gas in between. I don’t know what they call it; It can be hotter than heck outside but the window on the inside it’s cold or cool like when we have the air conditioner on. In other words, the sun comes through but it doesn’t heat up the room type of thing which is pretty good. I think their craftsmanship was pretty good other than the elderly gentleman that was here who was a lot slower though I felt sorry for him because he was all by himself putting in the back door, the framing and all that stuff which took him all day to do it whereas if they had a couple of people working on it then it wouldn’t have taken them this long. I felt sorry for the gentleman. I could speak directly to the owner and they are really nice people. I was not passed off to some funky. Somebody tried to break in to my mother’s house though she had a metal door at the front of the house. The guy hit it with a sledge hammer and was only able to knock the bottom of the door so Campion came in and put in a new door. She also had them put on a new porch. She has really been happy with them too. The foreman that came and fixed my back door was Mr. Marty and he is the foreman of the company. He is the one that comes out and checks if everything gets done. I am really not dissatisfied except for small couple of things but other than that they did a really good job. I had really old windows in this house that were mostly shut and I couldn’t even get them opened anymore. They really fixed them up and I am really happy. I haven’t really compared their prices with other companies that much because I got references from my mom and other people.

On the recommendation of a co-worker, I called Champion for an estimate on a new front door in my condominium. If I bought a door from Champion, my co-worker would get $100 off his order for new windows in his house. The salesman was on time for our appointment. Very early in the conversation, he made remarks about how unions were the reason doors cost so much and were of such bad quality. In the course of his presentation, he talked very little about the door but said how black people were running up the cost of everything because they were on welfare, how the American Indian was the biggest welfare recipients in the country, and again ran down the unions several times. He also, ran down other companies in the door replacement business. I listened but did not respond to his conversation. He took this as acceptance. After 45 minutes he gave me an estimate on the price of the door. I told him I wanted to talk it over with my son before I commited to anything. He then told me a story about a previous estimate he gave where the customer's son came in and told his dad he shouldn't spend so much money on windows. He then insinuated that a son who would say this was just trying to keep his dad from spending his inheritance. The topper on the appointment was that in the end, he hinted that the Tea Party depended solely on donations and they couldn't do their work without people like me donating. I completely ignored his hinting. The salesman never called me back to see what I had decided about the door. My thought is, he was not there to sell a door. He was there to collect money for the Tea Part. What he didn't know is that I am a member of the Teamster's union, I have black people in my family and I am decended for American Indians. Had he been at all interested, he would have asked me a few questions before he assumed things

They came in and removed the old windows. Redesigned my opening in my living room to make it more beautiful than before. Installed the new windows and cleaned up after themselves. It was cleaner when they left than when they started. I will have them do more later.
