 + -1 moreChris did a fair amount of work for the initial payment but never came and finished the job for the remaining balance. The frame of my deck is built ok I guess but the stairs were of low quality and I had to tear them out and rebuild them myself. Chris is un- dependable and seems to have many work related issues. I tried to cut him some slack and give him a chance to prove other negative reviews wrong but he ended up disappointing me in the end. I would not hire him again. He is reasonably on his prices but you get what you pay for. Cheaper is certainly NOT always better. If I had it to do over again I would have hired a much more expensive more qualified contractor.

Description of Work: I had him come out and give me an estimate. I realized he was the same man from the company I was ripped off from on 1994. I had hired a lawyer and he was sent a letter but never responded. He is now operating under another name. I was willing to give a second chance. He was supposed to come out on the 11th, I had given him a call and he stated he could not come out till the 18th. the job he was doing was bigger than he had expected. He never showed up on the 18th.
