Carpet & Tile Depot

Ordering process was fairly straight forward. You pick out what you want (and they have some very large sample sizes which was nice. You can take them home and lay them on the floor to get a better idea of what it will look like), there was a $50 deposit fee you pay at the time of the order. They send someone over to get a proper mesurement of the room, call you back with the final cost for materials and install and you pay then schedule the install. The installers showed up right on time and were in and out in about an hour and a half. I had done most of the prepwork myself so all they had to do was put in the padding and carpet. They did a fantastic job with it! Unlike my last installers there were no gaps at the walls, or around my fireplace brick. I was very very pleased with the installation. Will probably go back to them again. Prices were very reasonable, I'm 2 months into having the carpet and haven't had a single issue with it.
