They have always been fantastic. Whatever I have needed, even just advise, they have been there. I dropped my computer off on a Sunday afternoon and they had it ready within two hours.

They had what I needed at a reasonable price. If you need it right now and can't wait for the delivery truck, they probably have what you are looking for on their shelves. Some of their prices may not be the lowest around, but they do carry a great inventory of computer and electronics components.

They couldn't locate a top for my functioning laptop so I went to pick it up. I had to pay a $45 labor charge only to get it home to find the screen not working at all. The guys were nice but it seems rediculous to have to pay for nothing and damaging the laptop even further.

Our laptop was diagnosed as simply overheating and consequently shutting itself down, and not a virus after all. All they needed to do was clean out the air vents and fan, and they also lubricated the fan for top performance. They stress tested the computer after cleaning to make sure there weren't any other problems when the microprocessor was working its hardest. When I picked up the computer they looked up the repair order (the receipt just said "Tech Service"), explained the problem and what I could do in the future to prevent the same thing from happening again. For the desktops, they were to figure out which parts of the various computers were the best and build a 'keeper' for us. One machine actually had all the best parts, so no swapping around was necessary. When I dropped them off the 4 desktops, they said if they did have to swap parts, they'd check and make sure all the components were compatible with each other. As we're not really computer savvy, this was good to hear because they recognized up front there could be potential problems and wanted to make sure they gave us a unit that wan't going to be buggy. When I picked up the machines, they needed to transfer a hard drive from one machine to another, and he quickly pulled the units apart and made the swap while I waited. Much appreciated instead of having to come back later. The technicians we worked with this time and in the past have always been knowledgeable, courteous and answered my questions. They told me to give them a call if we had any questions after we got the units back home. Overall a great experience, and we've recommended them to others. Prices to us are very reasonable for the amount of work they put in to solving our problems, and they genuinely seem interested in solving our problems.

The team at C&P Distributing rescued me when my hard drive crashed. They started working on my computer as soon as I arrived at their location, and they had me up and running again the same day. After I returned home, I received a follow-up call and additional help when they worked on my computer remotely. They also gave me honest recommendations regarding replacement parts and recovery efforts. I was extremely pleased with this company and would not hesitate to call on them again.

Beautifully I got at least 15 mins of personal attention when presenting g problem. All problems were fixed same day. Technicians Zachary & Joe were courteous & professional. They answered all questions. Fees were very fair compared to large office box stores. I've done business for years & have always been impressed.

Very smoothly. PLUS, this company has weekend hours and they're more than willing to check your system using their remote access technology.

Thought that I might have a virus, even though I have anti-virus software. Turns out that with all the stuff I need on my computer, I really needed a disk. Very pleased

The experience was excellent. They had very knowledgeable and excellent customer service. They answered all questions thoroughly and made sure that all of my questions were answered and all of my concerns were addressed before I walked out the door. The owner of the company himself custom built the computer for me.

it went perfectly. clearly, the individual knew what he was doing and fixed it promptly and explained what he needed to do.

They did a great job, the computer works great now. I was happy to find they would help me on the weekends as my normal computer repair shop was closed.

Very impressed

When I got computer home it was working great. I did not loose any data and the computer seemed to boot up faster. A young man named George in their Tech Service department was very helpful. I will have to admit my Son Craig, now in Albuquerque, had worked for C&P at one time.

They were very local and friendly. They took me right in and worked very quickly and efficiently.

EXCELLENT

I suspected my computer's power supply unit was burned out, and I took the computer to C & P Distributing. A tech services person waited on me immediately, tested the power supply unit and confirmed it was burned out, then replaced the unit while I waited. The whole process took only about 30 minutes. I could not have been more pleased with the service, and the price was very reasonable.

They are great guys who work with me. They do all sorts of things. I've been using them since 1994. They have done all the computer work on my business and home computers since then.

On several occasions I have taken computers to these guys to have them gixed. They have always made a technician available and it was a a good experience. I would recommend them to anyoneone for computer sales & service.
