Description of Work: I did not use BLD nor will I ever use him. He put me off for 6 mos at doing my roof when it needed it so bad that he tarped my roof in Jan and didn't have time to actually replace it. Kept having excuse after excuse for not being able to do it. I paid him $3500 up front, $2500 for the material and I guess $1000 for inside work(never performed) and now he refuses to give me my $1000 back. He wont even give me the receipt from Menards for my material for proof of warranty. I hired another crew to do roof and they had it done in 2 days, had to replace 70 sheets of plywood, that is how bad it was. Also have hole in kitchen ceiling from water coming in before roof got replaced and Bill was supposed to fix that also. Not now or ever!!! I would never refer him to anyone, not even to screw in a lightbulb. How do I get my $1000 back?
