+ -1 moreWe had no clue what we were getting ourselves into. We found a HUD foreclosure taht was in the perfect area and when we saw inside, fell in love. The house will need a lot of work, but with a FHA 203k loan we are able to include the major repairs in the loan. As with any government involvement there are specific things that need to be done with certain time constraints. They took us by the hand and walked us through every step. If Christina did not know the answer she immediately found it for us and made the whole experience as stress less as possible. I don't think we could have done it with another realtor.
Description of Work: Wonderfully informative. They made a difficult but through HUD and FHA easy to understand and were with us every step of the way! CHRISTINA CULP BLOOM was our agent and is top notch. She was there with keys any time we needed to get in for estimates on repairs or just to let the extended family see the house we fell in love with!! Would highly recommend!
