Were on time to give estimate, higher price than who we went with but had problems with low bidder

I would not recommend them as I tried to contact them twice (6/3 & 6/12) and only got their voice mail. I left a message each time and never heard back I would not recommend this company.

It went very well , the guy's were very polite. couldn't ask for a better crew.

Called for a quote based on Angie's list rating. Immediately got through, but was told they would need to call back. This lead to a series of missed calls in both directions. Due to my persistence finally got a verbal quote, which seemed to be a good price but when I requested a written quote (to compare specifics to others) it was promised but never sent. Ended up spending over $4000 with someone else. Might have gone with them, had I received a timely written quote.

The job went very smoothly, the crew was professional and when issues arose (they found a leak in the master shower) we were notified right away and the crew was able to fix the leak and redo the shower so it looks new. The crew also plows snow and we had a lot of snow during their time with us, they called and notified me that they were running late due to late night plowing. The crew was quiet respectful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right.

We had a fairly small job. We needed to replace a stair and sidewalk leading to the front porch. We did get other quotes. When talking to Beachy and Sons he came up with a few suggestions that we liked and we could tell that he knew what he was doing. The men came took out the old sidewalk formed up the new stair and sidwalk did everything in 1 day. Cleaned up very well and left no mess for us. We were very happy with them and would call them again.

I had four estimates to tear out my old concrete front landing, steps, and two walkways, and have everything replaced with new concrete. Also added a new decorative fiberglass pillar to support the overhang of the roof over the landing, and an underground drain pipe connected to the downspout, at Chad's suggestion, because he had noticed water pooling around my walkway when it rained. Two of the estimates came in higher (around $3800) and two (including Beachy) came in lower (around $2700). Of the two lower estimates, I went with Chad Beachy because he seemed more professional. He also made suggestions regarding the design of the landing, steps and walkway, which I loved because this was my first home improvement project and I didn't have an exact idea of what I wanted. I love contractors who have good taste and know what will look good. It turned out amazing and I love my new concrete. The new pillar adds a really nice touch too. They do lots of different types of projects, and I want to use them to install my replacement windows as well. The only thing I don't like is that they can be difficult to get a hold of, either by phone or email, I assume because they have gotten really busy during the summer season. During my concrete project earlier this year, they were very responsive though.

The construction started in April, and was delayed because of all the rain we had. Despite those delays they were able to get the foundation dug and the footers and ratwall poured. The carpenter work (once started) was excellent, and not rushed. They were able to match the siding to our exsisting siding by using the siding taken off the outside wall of the existing garage and use it were it would be most seen. Surprising the new siding was very close in appearance and the old. The did and excellent job with the concrete driveway and replacing the concrete in front of the existing garage. Our only delay was caused by the company the was suppling the garage door. The first door was not the right color, but this was finally straightened out.

Despite all the rain ( had rain 4 out the first 6 days the construction started) they were able to pour the foundation and rat wall. They had to bring equipment onto the grass side of the construction which really made a mess of the grass, but after the construction was completed they came in and releveled the dirt back to its existing grade. The carpenters were excellent and took their time to do a quality job. An access opening was put in between the outside wall of the existing garage so entrance to the new addition could be obtained without going outside through the new garage door. The new addition was also wired with three wall outlets (one GFI) two ceiling fixtures, and an outlet for the garage door opener.
