AFTER HOURS LOCKSMITH

After leaving two messages and waiting more than two days, I moved on to someone off the list and more local.

He called to let us know he was coming, arrived on time, and cut loose the padlock on the bicycle cable, all at a very good price.

Alex showed up promptly on time. He installed both deadbolts very nicely, and we had a fun conversation in the meanwhile. He was very professional, making sure to vacuum up all the bits of wood that were left on the floor as a result of drilling. Also, he insisted that I call him if I have any issues. I decided a few days later that I wanted one door to open a little easier (it seemed too tight around the new deadbolt). He promptly scheduled a new visit and came and chipped away some of the excess wood that remained. To my surprise, he did not charge me at all for the second visit! I HIGHLY recommend him and, without a doubt, would ask for his services the next time that I need a locksmith.

Closed on newly purchased home at noon today. Called Alex at 2:30 p.m. and explained that I would like the locks changed on the home at his earliest convenience. He said he could be here in 1/2 hour and in fact showed up by 3:00 p.m. Work was completed quickly and professionally. Excellent customer service!

He was 45 minutes away when I called. He said he'd come back into town and call me for my exact location. He called me back right when he said he would, and came right over. He was polite, professional, and quick.

For the locksmith services it was After Hours Locksmith. He was very good and very helpful. He came a couple of times and I would highly recommend him. He is very reasonable in price. Whatever the price was, it was very reasonable. I liked that he was very knowledgeable. He came over right away, prompt service. He is just a very likeable person as well and again, the cost was extremely reasonable. I would give him an 'A' for everything.

Alex responded to my phone call and agreed to come to my home home in the afternoon of the next day. He called before coming over. He evaluated the job, went to the hardware store to buy a door set and installed them. Total cost was very fair and reasonable. I'm glad I did not do this myself. Alex is competent, thorough, polite. Takes his time to get the job done right. What more can you ask for?

The appointment was for 8 am. Alex called us around 730 stating he was having issues finding our home with the GPS. Which where our home is located, GPS doesn't get you close. So I asked him if I could meet him in town and he could follow me to the house. He agreed and I went to meet him, he followed me to our house. I went around with him and showed him what I needed done. My wife and I had purchased a new deadbolt, and handle for our front door, and 2 electronic locks for 2 other doors. He was extremely thorough with all of the locks, and he even asked us if we would like to have matching door knobs for the dead bolts. The electronic deadbolts we purchased were silver in color, and the door handles were gold color. I said that we would love for them to match, he said he will run into town and find something that matches. He was gone about 30 minutes with new door knobs to match the deadbolts. He left around noon, and did a great job, he even gave us the name of a reputable door person for an issue we were having with one of our doors. We could not have asked for a more professional & respectful person for this job. We have told everyone in our family about the great service, and if we need these services in the future, we know the only person we will call is Alex. Thank You for the Great Service.

Changed all 3 entry locks. Finished in short amount of time. even gave us suggestion for other repair may needed but not urgent.

My 2 year-old locked a basement door in our house that we never had a key for. Alex was at our house within an hour of calling him, and he promptly unlocked the door and created two keys. It was $50 for the service call, and only $10 extra to make the keys. He was polite and quick--great experience!

Alex was very responsive from the first inquiry to the completion of the job. He arrived on time, was very professional and patient in explaining options and the costs of those different options. When I couldn't locate a key he was very understanding and once I found the key, he came back the next evening to complete the job. He even has this slick iPhone based payment system, which allows him to accept any credit card and I got a receipt emailed to me instantaneously. A small business that makes payment by credit card easy and on the spot?! Well done. It was nice to see the owner of the business was the same person who came to do the work. I would use him again for sure.

Locksmith was contacted on Memorial Day weekend - Saturday - after I accidentally locked the only set of keys I own in my car. The locksmith met me at my car within 30 minutes of my call, and very quickly and efficiently got my car door open with no damage. And then, while I was expecting a fee of $100 or more, his charge was approximately $40. I can't tell you how happy and relieved I was. It was a pleasure to work with him.

Very prompt and friendly service. Alex went to the store to purchase a new garage door lock as the one we had was not very good. He also changed the batteries in a key pad lock and helped me change the code for entry. He even turned his back as I was entering the new code! I would highly recommend his friendly and professional service.

Alex showed up right on time and was very professional. We just moved into a large ranch house and did not have keys for two of the three exit doors. We also wanted to add deadbolts to two doors that did not have them. Alex re-keyed all five doors, three with both a knob lock and deadbolt and all eight locks are keyed alike. Very reasonable for the amount of work involved and will use again in the future.

My elderly mother got locked out of her house. She was understandably upset so we went to Angie's List and found this wonderful locksmith! He was out to her house within 30 minutes and re-keyed all three of her doors. He was highly professional, quick and very reasonably priced. I would recommend this locksmith to anyone!

I spent less than $50 on that work. They are very flexible with their timings to come and do the work. They are easy to work with. They are fairly priced and I have had a good experience with them.

Alex came promptly - it was a weekend day. He checked what we needed, then went and purchased a lock and a deadbolt for the front and back doors - came back and installed them - and only charged $85 for the whole job - including the locks. He suggested we replace what we had with new door knob sets (which ended up costing us less and better for the long run). Would recommend him to anyone.

It went very well. When I called him he was available and came out right away, I estimate he arrived about ten minutes after we got off of the phone. He was her for less than an hour overall and that included fixing the guest house lock and rekeying the locks to three other doors so that they are all on the same key. Very professionally done, he took every lock apart and did all the work not a quick re keying type job where they might not work. I tested everything after it was done and it was fine. Only $40 for the service call and then $10 to rekey each lock.

Very well. I had previously gotten a quote from another locksmith in town who wanted $70 just to come out and look at the locks. Mr. Quintanilla quoted me $35 for the service call and $10 per lock. He provided matching factory cut keys for the 3 Schlage locks on the main floor and another key for the non-matching deadbolt at the basement entrance. He was also kind enough to repair the side door's doorknob, which had been spinning sometimes and often took two or three turns to open, and to show me how the locks worked. The service call took a bit under an hour.

Mr. Quintanilla arrived in less time than he estimated. He was courteous and professional, and he did not make me feel ridiculous for not being able to replace the lock. He replaced it quickly, gave me his card, and told me to call him back if the lock fails. Plus, he charged me only $40.00 for the visit.
