The serviceman was prompt and professional. He replaced the bearings, which were damaged due to leakage from the drum, and explained what he was doing and why. I was happy with the job he did and how he conducted himself.

It was spoiling our food. My wife was up set. He said that he couldn't find anything wrong. He wasn't courteous or professional. He didn't spend the time to look at it. He just did the basic service. It was still doing the same thing, I called to have him come back out and he said he couldn't do anything. I won't call him anymore. He didn't fix anything. I drove over there and told the manager that I wasn't happy. The freezer wasn't working and he said that nothing was wrong with it. He asked me to give them another chance, I said no.

Ace replaced a circuit board in our refrigerator. They came to the house to do an initial diagnosis, which then required the to order a part. It took a few days for the part to come in, which they explained ahead of time. Throughout the process they were very good at communicating. They arrived when we expected them, and they let us know how much everything was going to cost from the outset. I had a good experience with Ace, both in person and on the phone. I would use them again.

I was thrilled with their price. The job was great. They were on time. The job was done right and everything works great. They were very reasonably priced.

Tech called to advise that due to snow he would be a little late. Very polite! Took off his shoes without being asked to. Troubleshot the problem quickly, and he had the part on the truck! Replaced bad micro-switch in door. Highly recommend this company.

The repairman arrived a day before the the scheduled day,but at the correct time, apparently because the dispatcher had mis-documented the appointment. I was able to get home in time for the repairman to determine the problem. He said the part would need to be ordered and, upon its receipt, the actual repair would be scheduled. The manager called to confirm the part had been ordered and to schedule the repair. The repairman arrived at the scheduled time but realized, when he arrived, the wrong part had been ordered. The manager called back later that same day to confirm that the part had been ordered,the corrrect part this time. The repairman arrived a third time, at the scheduled time, and effected the repair. The correct part was $20 more expensive than the originally ordered one but I was charged according to the original estimate.

I don't know why anyone else would buy their appliances any where else. Besides having great service if you ever have a problem with anything they are more than happy to give you the information to do the repairs yourself, and of course you can get your parts right there, so forget those snooty box stores.

They were very knowledgeable and really helped us figure out which items would be the best fit for our needs and budget. We purchased a washer, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave and have been pleased with all of them.

They’re great. They have prompt service. They’re honest and evaluating what was wrong for simple fix versus the expensive fix that the other guy recommended. The other guy was going to take the machine, take it home, put it up and tear it apart. The Maytag guy just came out and said it was a simple thing. Whatever he did, he did and that was it. I took a microwave in there and they don’t do repairs on microwave so they sent me to another place. I also went in looking for used appliances which they don’t really have and they recommended the other place again. I did not like the other place at all. The repair price was great too. The guy was wonderful. I'll absolutely use them again. They'll be my first call.

Refrigerator was deemed to need major parts and not worth salvaging. Cost estimate given.

Our maytag dryer was heating up clothes to the point that we were afraid of fire and some more delicate fabrics were starting to get damaged. The Ace repairman came out the next day, and was able to quickly identify a damaged sensor. He replaced it on the spot. For a very quick repair, the price seemed a bit steep, but the overall service was great.

The service man was very helpful and fixed our problem. They were very fair and the repairs turned out to be minor.

We went into their store to price freezers. Their prices couldn't be beat. We ended up with a "scratch n dent" model, it was scratched on the side (you would never see it) the discount was phenomenal, very impressed. Whenever I am in need of a new appliance I will go here first.

They are always good. They are excellent as far as repairing and coming on time and coming promptly. I highly recommend them. He could have done nothing better. The person who came, I believe his name is Brian, he will guard a problem until he finds it and a lot of times doesn't charge the extra to do that. He is all about service and he is very personable and he is very helpful and respectful. I can't say enough about him. He is really good. You don't find many of those people! I think their pricing is reasonable for their service.

The I called the 24th and had an appointment the next business day. The repair was quick and cost much less than quoted from another company.

It was supposed to be an additional charge for the second machine, but after a quick evaluation, the technician told me I should just run the washing machine until it stopped completely. He did not charge me for the evaluation. When the machine did stop a few weeks later, I purchased a new one from Ace. And once again, I was most pleased.

It went very well. The service man was able to get here within 48 hours of our call, and did a great job with the repair. He offered me the chance to help rather than to bring along (and pay for) a second person just to hold up the stovetop while he worked on it. He was very thorough. When the cooktop did not re-seat quite properly after the work was done, he stayed until it was absolutely perfect. Very good problem solving.

They came out - the appliance was fixed in 20 minutes. No tearing it totally apart, etc. The service man said that they had gone online to watch a video on the repair. The really impressive thing to us was that the store manager had also gone on line with our dimensions to find a possible brand that would "fit" the space in case the repair was not successful. to us that was

very friendly and personable service man. Had part and was very quick with repair. Would diffenately use Ace Maytag again.

Very professional and neat. Quick workers. Moved fridge to garage without charge, also took old appliances away at no charge. Best showroom of all I looked at and most knowledgable staff. Way better than lowes, Home Depot and sears. Would highly recommend

It went very well, they came out almost as soon as we called them.

I called these people after other repair people were going to make me wait a week, or charge me $300. I spoke with the repair person before he came out, Aaron. He came out the next day, and was very punctual. He was very pleasant and very knowledgeable.. I was afraid of getting ripped off but instead had a very pleasant experience. I feel like I paid what the repair was worth, and would use Aaron again in a second. And I don't know these people from Adam, but was treated very fairly so I highly recommend them. John
