Abe's Complete Plumbing Inc

Hi my Dad that is 83 years old had this company come over to put in a pressure switch and rebuild the toilet. So at the end of the day I come 9ver to see how it has gone and that's where it goes down hill from there. It took 2 men 2 hrs to do this work they left all the trash and parts for the pressure switch laying around down by the well they didn't have the right switch which was a standard 30/50 pressure switch so two packages and one new switch and one old switch spread through out the area. They trompeld through the house and left mud and dirt. Wrote up like it was hard to disconnect the power which was 2ft away amd had to just unplug it. Then when they reconnected they did not use a cord grip where it inters the pressure switch. This should have only been a 1 hr job. Now to the toilet the bill states that they found the part in side toilet extremely rusty and needing replaced. How ever they only changed the flush tube and bolts that mounts the toiled to the tank. They left the old float and chain and water valve that does not operate right and gets stuck do to the rusty parts. They charged $438! A 185 a hr for not top price work. On top of this I called the next day to speak with the manager and he wasn't available but was told that right there she was going to pull the work order and he will contact me one week latter and no response. I wanted to give them a chance to right the wrongs!

No, I did not hire this company, but I need to let people know how Rude this company is! Blocked my road for over an hour, no one could get through. Someone else pulled up blocking the road too, so I go out to confront them, letting them know they have to have a permit to block any roadway, they didn't want to hear it. So I told them the police were on their way to tell them to move. They rudely walked away to the house not giving a care. The police came shortly after sat there til they moved their vehicles. Both sides of the roads were clear so they could park and people could still get thru but they didn't care. We have ambo and fire on our streets almost every week bcuz we have lots of elderly people, and this company has no compassion, for that, I do not recommend this company at all.

They quickly located problem and stopped leak. However, a person being trained did not completely tighten valves and next time shower was used it leaked again. They quickly came back and tighten valves.

Company called and asked if it was okay to come a day early due to a cancellation, which was appreciated. Tank crew arrived called en route to advise of their ETA. Worked quickly and efficiently. Only negative was they did not rinse the interior of the riser, which they had done on previous occasions.

It took longer than we were initially led to expect for the plumbers to get to our house from their previous job, by maybe a couple hours. But they got here that day and did the job in one visit. I was surprised by how little it cost.

We got charged $65 for a 5 minute job. We were hoping to have the new dishwasher installed while Abe's was there but apparently you "don't do that". I spoke with someone about cancelling the appointment for this morning (Krista?) as my husband had to go to work early. Apparently the message never got conveyed as someone showed up as my husband was getting ready to leave. Thankfully they were only there for a few minutes. Unfortunately, that was the most expensive 5 minutes we'll never get back. Overall, we are very disappointed in the over charge as well as poor customer service.

We called their office several times on two different issues. Each time was told that someone would get back to us within 24 hours, but we have never heard from anyone. Person answering phone could not answer simple questions. Although they have been rated very high, we have tried on more then one occasion to use there service, and never been successful.

The woman who answered the phone was friendly and helpful. They arranged for me to leave a check, so I wouldn't have to take a day off work.

I have used them prior to November and prier to that it would have been in the Summer sometime. They came out and did a well inspection for me. The reason was that we went ahead and bought our parents home and in the summer we were doing inspections and things to find out what would need to be done. We used Abe's, my parents used Abe's and them on Angie's List just made me feel more comfortable frankly because when I looked and Abe's had really good reviews, that was a no-brainer to continue to use them. They have always been true. They are very punctual, very professional but friendly service. I think we get good value for what the service is. I think highly of them. I know in the past my mom had to call them one time, it was January and it was knee deep snow and he went out in the back yard and probed and found the well to pump. It is those kind of things like that they never let you down, things like that keeps us going back. I would give them all 'A's on the grading scale. I absolutely will use them again in the future.

They were prompt and completed the necessary work at an affordable cost. They were proactive but not pushy.

First, the girls on the phone are extremely helpful and friendly. I actually had to cancel the first appointment and they were very understanding. They gave me a window and we made arrangements to have a check waiting near our septic, so I did not need to be home. They arrived inside the window and were there after I got home from work, which in this case was nice because I was able to discuss things with their technician. Overall, I was happy with the experience and will call again.

I had a time frame that needed to be addressed, so they gave me a window of 10-2. It was 2:30 and I hadn't received a call of anyone running late nor had anyone arrived on time as scheduled. I had to leave because I had errands to run that I put off for the day because I was waiting for service. They apparently arrived after I had already left, sometime after 3. Disappointed at the professionalism, courtesy of a phone call that they are running late, or respect of my time. Will not use again.

On time and good price. Answered many of my questions honestly.

They did a good job. Price was high and is a concern. Not sure that I will use them in the future based on price.

Great! Extremely punctual and a pleasure to work with. They even returned the following day when I found water on our basement floor. Turns out it is a washing machine pump issue and NOT a drain issue. The guys did not charge anything for this follow up call! :) I love the ladies in the office also! I felt well taken care of and will not hesitate to refer them to others and use them in the future.

I did the search and choose Abe's because they had the highest rating. I called and the office person was awesome, quickly and professionally setup the appointment for Thursday between Noon-3. I get a call from the driver at about 3PM saying he was going to be late, had to dump his tank. He said that he could be there at 4:30...I was unable to be there at the time, so I sent my son who greeted the guy, showed him where the tank was. When I got home at 6 PM, the door to the septic was open, and my son said that i need to get some lime to pour into the tank? I was not thrilled to come home and see the septic tank door open...I closed it right away. That is why i gave the guy a and quot;Dand quot; for professionalism and a and quot;Dand quot; for punctality. When it is all said and done, its a crappy job and i guess i wouldnt expect exceptional service...

They did a good job once they located the tank, but the first technician poked a lot of holes in the backyard looking in the wrong spot for the tank. Determined after about 30 min. that it wasn't where he was looking, so called for backup to come with an electronic tool. Told me around noon that they'd call, but I hadn't heard from them by 5 o'clock, so I called them. It turns out that they were planning to come but were running late. I'd have appreciate a call to that effect. By the time they found the tank it was too late to pump it that day, so they came back the next morning and finished the job. They initially told me that they would put in the riser in the next week, but were able to do it when they came to pump out the tank, so I appreciated that I didn't have to stay home from work a 3rd day. I would use them again because now that I know where the tank is (this was the first time we needed to have this done since we bought the house), they can just do the part that they did well.

The two men that came were on time, very presentable and knowledgeable about drains. They diagnosed the problem; told me what the charge would be and any extra if they had to run over the time limit (which they didn't; work was done in less than an hour). Eddie answered all my questions and concerns. One of the biggest one being that they didn't do too much damage to my flower bed where they accessed the hook up to the drain. I didn't catch the other man's name unfortunately, but it was so impressive seeing these two men in my flower garden with this big machine being so very careful not to hurt the plants! Great work ethic!

Arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner

3 servicemen worked on problem. 1 week later, toilet was flushing by itself. Called they said it may be a defective flapper which they had replaced. They said "do it yourself, it will cost $70 if we have to come back. We replaced the flaper. A week later, toilet was again overflowing, didn't even bother to call as they had not been helpful. Sinkd drains are draining, the did not clean the strainer or any of that area when they were done, I cleaned myself, lots of gunk left.

The week of thanksgiving, our septic backed up. We had just moved in and did not know when the septic tank had been emptied. I had called a company that I had done business with before to empty the tank. They informed me that the pipe was clogged and that's what was causing the back up. I got on to Angie's list to see who could do this service for me. Abe's was at the top,of the list. Abe's came out the Friday after thanksgiving and got the pipe unclogged and pointed out there was a problem with the pipe . It had appeared to have broken and part of it had shifted down. Although we were up and running, Abe's suggested we have the pipe replaced. Approximately two weeks later , Abe's came out and replaced the entire pipe . Very professional and left the work area clean. Will definitely call on Abe's again for any plumbing issues.

This company really saved the day for my family. My toilets starting backing up after 6pm one night and thanks to Angie's List I decided to call Abe's since they had good reviews and 24 hour service. They were prompt and very professional. A gentleman was sent to pump the septic and when that still didn't fix the problem they sent one of their plumbers (more like a superhero because he sure saved the day) out to fix the toilets. I think he worked until almost 11pm and made sure we had at least one functioning toilet for the night and then he returned the next day to finish the rest of the work in daylight. My home is from the 1950's and nothing is ever an "easy fix" and these guys had a great attitude, pleasant demeanor, and worked quickly and efficiently. I plan to use this company in the future and highly recommend them to everyone. They offer such a variety of services they are a one-stop fix-all for septics and plumbing.

I called set up the appt.. I was unable to be at the house during the appt. due to my work schedule. Abe's came to my house while I was at work, performed the job and left. Abe's notified me when they were on their way to the house.

They charged $100 for the plumbing. We had the septic tank done a couple of days later, which was $125. They did a great job. They came out when scheduled. They were quick and efficient. They were in and out. It was wonderful. Their price was good in comparison to other providers. I would use them again in the future if I need to.
