+ -1 moreBuilder "Delmar" could never be contacted unless there was money to be paid. Project was disorganized and subcontractors were bottom of the barrel. I should have fired them from the start, however since I was dealing with the "Amish" I gave them endless chances despite the constant lies. Stay away... they shouldn't even be in business.
Description of Work: I had them build a garage...

+ 2 moreConcrete floors turned out awful uneven and nothing slants toward the drain. Custom built windows are junk and are falling apart now, cold weld joints are coming apart. The doors were hung out of square and leak in the winter badly. Delmar never answers his phone and they do not stand behind the work they do. He sent a truck full of kids to build my barn. Oldest was 16 years old... no joke. Run away from this clown and his joke of a business.

+ -1 moreCan't even get him to answer phone, he has taken our money. I'm afraid we may have to take him to court. At this point, I do not want him to do any work for us. I would NOT recommend him to ANYONE!
Description of Work: Mr. K*** was all about getting us a quote and taking our money. 1/2 up front, the bal when job is complete. We can't even get him to answer the phone. We have no idea if he has ordered the supplies etc. We did not do our research beforehand, because if we had, we would have never let him near our home. That was our fault. Now we just want our money back, because we cannot wait for 8 or 9 months for a roof. I agree with another review, he is giving the Amish a very bad name.

+ -1 moreStill trying to get him to come over and complete the job. He hardly ever answers his phone. When appointments are made he shows up late or never shows. Does not call to keep you informed and always has an excuse. He is Amish but is giving the Amish a bad name. I always thought Amish were honest, hard workers and good quality. That is not true.
Description of Work: Suppose to replace windows, wood install patio door. Has only replaced one window and patio door since contract was signed in September.
