They arrive on time and got started on snaking out the drain. It only took a short while and the problem was fixed. Very clean and professional.

We had a thaw and found out that a pipe had burst. They did a good job. They had to go into a crawl space and cut the pipe out and replace it. It was a small area but, he got the job done. He has done a lot of work for us over the years. I would use him again.

Have septic tank issues and needed someone to diagnose the problem and give an estimate on repair cost. Submitted an online request and Mr. Rooter called me back in less than 15 min. They offered to send someone out to evaluate the situation and provide an estimate on cost for repairs at no cost. Seemed like an opportunity I couldn't pass up. Scheduled the appointment for 2 days later for between 8:00-9:00 AM and took a day off work so I could be there. I was impressed with the service at that point. At 9:10 on the day of the appointment, I nobody had arrived and I had no phone call saying there would be a delay, so I called them. The receptionist had no record of an appointment. She said she would get with the office manager and call me back within a minute. 15 minutes later I did get a call and was told they did get all of my information, but they didn't enter it in the system so someone would be dispatched for the appointment. After I hung up, I thought since I had taken the day off, perhaps they could make it later in the day. I also wondered why they didn't offer to reschedule the appointment, but they didn't. I called back and they couldn't make it later in the day. Bottom line, they sound good, but I wasted a day off from work and am no closer to finding out what my problem is. If you want pleasant phone service, this is the company for you. If you want plumbing/septic service, I have no idea if they are good or not. Overall, I was extremely encouraged and ultimately very disappointed. Looks like they are 0-2 on Angie's List so far.

The plumber who came out could not clear the drain and gave us a 650.00 estimate to have a new drain line installed to correct the problem. He then charged us 350.00 for the 90 minutes he spent attempting to snake out our drain. I called another company out the next day and they finished the job in 20 minutes, charged us $120.00 and we haven't had a problem since. When I talked to the Mr. Rooter company they said they would return $100.00 which turned out to be $50.00 and a coupon.
