Great customer service and very accessable when I had questions. Worked with my insurance company and fought for me to get the best price for my insurance claim. Replaced the roof and gutters and upgraded to fit current roofing codes. Repaired and painted ceiling damage from the original roofing leak. Cleaned up after each day and kept me up to date on status with insurance company and repair timeline. Very happy with service of Nathan, Leslie, and their crew.

Outstanding! I have an Victorian era Italianate home with a very complex outline & I would only accept 6" half-round copper gutters (to go with our copper roof & some pre-existing copper downspouts). Getting it done "right" was the most important consideration. Wilstone worked with us on all the details, from the placement of the downspouts, to the style of brackets to hold the gutters, to the leaf guards to be used. We even discussed the downspout boots. The crew was very friendly & professional. A good part is when I discovered a small leak behind one of the gutters. Not that a leak was good, but sometimes things can be hidden. I was impressed when the response was much faster than I anticipated & it was repaired in short order. That let me know they stand behind their work. I have future work planned & will call Wilstone again.

Fast and easy. I had lost a section of roof in a storm and had an estimate within Hours. The work was planned and performed according to my needs and to prevent further damage quickly. It was done on time and the cleanup was like they hadn’t even been there. I got a tip for the right gutters to match my new roof at the right price. That job was coordinated and overseen with the same satisfaction.

I almost didn't call them. I had 4 estimates in the last 5 months and was tired of looking for a contractor, but something said to call. From my first call talking to Leslie to the day that Nathan came to the house to give us an estimate, and to the end of the job, it has been a relaxed and comfortable experience. Nathan explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. The day of the installation, the crew arrived on time and got right to work. They started the tear off around 8 am and the entire roof was down to the sheathing by 11:20am. They kept the trash picked up as best they could along the way ( which from my experience is very rare). Our roof is rather large so it did take them a second day, which was just fine. After completion they went around and picked up the scrap and the nails all around the house and blew off any remaining shingle grit off of the deck and side walks. FYI: The roof looks great! Dealing with Nathan and Leslie has been a great experience. I would recommend them to anyone! They are very pleasant to do business with, and, they are just nice people!
