Michael's Plumbing Services

Description of Work: I have had Michael's Plumbing Services come out for a variety of tasks over the years. He is always punctual, always professional, and has given me good advice regarding parts, services, and potential future issues. Plumbers are never cheap, but this is the only plumber I've used in my area that I feel I got the service and experience I paid for. He has handled the simple things, like re-starting a newer model water heater (that I couldn't figure out), to tasks involving far more complex plumbing work. In total, The cost listed above is an average cost. The service call is $40.00. . I've called him for approximately 6-7 different jobs in the past 5 years. I was sold for good when I had a well-pump water pressure problem, and a competitor had 3-4 workers come out: they flushed out the line, but then advised the well was nearly depleted, and I would need to connect to the city water system, at a cost of thousands of dollars. Michael advised that there was nothing to indicate that the well was anywhere near ready to "go dry." He then replaced a gasket on the well pump, and things have been fine ever since. Taking the time to explain the issue./problem to me, is a HUGE plus. He's never given me "the look"...you know the one I mean? The one that says "Well I could explain it but you'd never understand, so just trust me" look.
