We purchased a heat pump from a third party vendor and were unable to find anyone to install it for us. Mark came to the rescue and even though he was unfamiliar with the manufacturer he was able to install it and get us up and running with air conditioning during one of the hottest times of July. We are so grateful to Mark for a job well done!
