Chad came out and inspected the house and found where squirrels were getting into my attic. He installed metal plates to prevent their entry and a humane trap to catch the squirrels when they exited. He came by to retrieve the squirrels two days in a row and took them to the woods near his home to release them. Chad was very knowledgeable, professional, efficient and humane. He also knew about the habits of pine squirrels (and many other wild animals, as I found when talking to him). There is a fee for the inspection, small charges for the installation of the plates to block entry, and $75 charge per animal. I would highly recommend him to other homeowners.

We didn't use them; we took care of it ourselves because they were fairly expensive. They were fairly comparable to other companies that did the same thing as far as what they charged. They were pretty straightforward. They told us what they charge and explained it to us. They responded very quickly. They were very professional.

We heard something in our wall. He came out. It ended up being a shrew, so he just charged us the fee for the inital visit and not for capturing additional animals. He caulked up where the shrew had been getting in and answered all the questions we had.

I called because a heard a "critter" inside one of our walls. Tim was just about to leave on vacation, however, he was extremely helpful. He gave me some tips and the names of two other people that might be able to help me out. Fortunately, I don't hear the scratching any more.

The "creature" had started to scratch through the wall. Chad checked it out and found dead mice (which his service don't cover). He did give me a recommendation for someone who does exterminate mice, set a trap in the wall in case something bigger is in the wall, checked around the house for entry areas, and checked in the attic for unwanted inhabitants. He did find a space in the garage where chipmunks may be coming in (the smallest animals his company works with), and set a trap there. If you are in his service area, I would recommend him again.

They were very knowledgeable. They found where they were getting in the house and set live traps and caught them. It took them three days to catch them all.
