Excellent experience. John and his crew cut down and removed three large trees and removed the stumps. Everything was done quickly and professional. I received a quote before hand with insurance verification. Clean up was great. The work was done quickly. I am very happy with the results and I hope others read this and use this company also. The most incompetent company I've ever worked with. Extremely unprofessional and inefficient! There were several employees just standing around watching (I assume they, too, were getting paid). They took over 4 hours for one branch. It seemed to drag on & on & on. With absolutely NO CONCERN OR APOLOGY, they DESTOYED my backyard, even though they clearly had a bunch of wood planks on one of their trucks out front to put down BEFORE driving into the yard. I wouldn't recommend this "company" to my worst enemy. You definitely get what you pay for! I highly suggest paying a little more for actual professionals.

We had several trees on our property that were affected by the Emerald Ash Borer. All of the trees reached nearly 100ft high, and two trees were within 2 feet of our house and detached garage. I had obtained four quotes prior to tree removal. Two were from very well known tree companies but their price was about 50% more than the estimate from John. A fourth was from a lesser-known tree company on the south side of Indianapolis, and had a price comparable to this estimate. What I appreciated about John was that he didn't just glance at the trees and say "yeah, I can do that." He took time to really calculate how he would remove the two closest trees without doing damage to my house or garage. He even had someone else from his company take another look to make sure they could do it safely. He told me that if they didn't feel they could do it safely, they wouldn't do it at all, and that is something I truly appreciated. In the end, we did have some minor damage to a roof vent on our detached garage, but they had purchased and replaced the damaged part before I got home from work. He was very honest about what had gone wrong and what they did to fix it. All of the other trees came down exactly as planned. We live in a small neighborhood in the woods, and many of our neighbors' trees are dying as well. I watched some of the scary practices that are out there before my trees came down, so I was even more willing to pay a "middle of the road" price to get the job done right. I highly recommend this company!
